I used to love this band before they were insanely famous in the metal world, city of evil onwards is just awful, majority pleasing, conforming, sell out bullshite. Sorry i just dont buy that. I know countless metal bands that have been around for double digit years and havnt changed theyre sound at all, just as consistent and even build on it. You dont have to change, no one forces you to, a7x literally changed theyre genre, not just theyre sound. Its called selling out. Lots of people may prefer it how they are now, but a smaller few dont, which is exacfly why i said 'majority pleasing'. Fuckin sell outs mate

Ive also known many bands who had vocal problems some less and some, ALOT more severe then fucking m.shadows, but they never changed theyre style, many of them were alot more brutal bands then A7X so they had to handle gutteral vocals & high pitched screaming, which is more demanding, yet they never changed theyre style, just worked with it and progressed... vehemance, aeon, marduk, insision. And i know its my opinion, i said those exacts words

If you prefer this kind of music, then that's for you to decide. But that doesn't make them 'sell-outs'. If they choose to make different music, let them. They rock f*cking hard. I'm an A7X fan, and it doesn't matter to me what kind of music they play, aslong as I can listen to it.
