i've been making these since i was a little kid. i use sling shot ammo (little steelies) i don't know how fast they go, but they hit hard enough to break a car window. and if your friend shoots you with one, you're gonna want to punch him in the noes for sure.

na its a rubber balloon but i have used condoms lol and for as fast as tho go idk but as bout as fast as a high or mid power air soft gun it all depends on how far back u pull and the stretch of the balloon i like to use thick rubber ones it keep me from having to swap out the balloon a lot and there better more force
