Are there placement programs in this program? Im going into BMET and I'm afraid of the lack of exp I would have graduating to get a job right away. Thanks.
I am studying to become a Biomedical Equipment Technician at Texas State Technical College Waco. I have had the pleasure of meeting these two men and I appreciate their efforts in promoting the diverse and challenging career of the Biomedical Equipment and Imaging Technicians fields.
Right now I am studying to become a BMET. I can't wait to start working in this great career fiel. I am in Sheppard AFB undergoing military training and the school is awesome! very difficult, around 50% wahs out but I am doing great and I am proud of that.
@Vallecaucanisimo good for you bro because i just started and i'm stationed in Fort Sam Houston for the same thing and i gotta say its not the concept that kicks my but its the darn test questions and how they word them. so if you can offer a helping hand i would highly appericate it!
@Xleptix lol! everyone complains about the same thing. All you got to do is study harder, it is not impossible to get those questions right. My biggest advice to you is that you stay away from all the retards that get you in troubles. Respect your NCO's and study, you will be all right If you do that. The school is really long and is too easy to lose focus because of that, just make sure that does not happen to you. I wish you well, take care.
