I just tried to call the number again today and it hangs up after I press 2 in the menu.... This is a rip off. I think we are going to take them back to Big Lots and buy a different toy :(

The number is 1-800-222-4685 ands it's MGA entertainment. The number is for all MGA toys... moxie girls, e pets and others. The customer service was useless. Let me know if you have any success. I will be checking back. good luck

I bought the cat for my step daughter and I have tried to create an account 3x and still nothing!!! Did anyone else have that problem? What is the number for customer service? This is a TOTAL rip off!!!!

Well a year later it's still just as bad if not worse. I got two of these for my daughters for Christmas 2010!!! It's like the site has been abandoned. I can't even get to the point to where you punch in the code from the pets collar?!?! I called the number and the customer service tried to say it was pop up blockers, or abobe flash but then he bumbled around and said it was maybe to many people on the site. Not likely! It's a piece of $h!T toy.... very unhappy!!!!

Yup once you use all your Kash you cant shop anymore. Your health gets used up and you cant even go into the Games hut. Worthless Toy for sure!!! Glad I got my daughters on sale for only 5 dollars. At least she has the toy to play with because after only 1 day she cant play on the computer anymore!!! NO ONE buy this toy!!!

The only problem with Webkinz is after your year is up, that's it, you can't play online any more so you have to keep buying a toy if you want to keep playing. Not fair to the kids.

I agree, it is a total waste of money. I downloaded the game and it does not function the way it is supposed to. It definitely has major problems. I do not recommend this toy to be used as it is advertised. The toy is cute to play with but that's all.

File a complaint with the BBB in California, as that is where they are located. I told them they had better get this working before Christmas, or they will have many disappointed kids on Christmas morning. And unfortunately, no one will know how terrible it is until the package is opened to get the secret code to use... terrible.

Thank you for sharing! I can't believe e pets 3D is that poorly done! My children love the old version and play on it daily. I agree with other posters however as I think Webkins are way cuter! Also cheaper for the most part! This is one gift I won't be buying this year thats for sure!

I had the same problems. The site is awful! Once they have your money, they don't care about offering customer service.

Webkinz are way better.
