I have only started listening to Sinatra's misic for the last 5 or 6 years, my husband got me interested in him, but I loved Anthony's Sinatra and really hoped he would have won.
I haven't seen any tribute acts before to compare him to but I thought he was fantastic, especially in the final when he sang Come Fly With Me.

I was really impressed with this guy's Sinatra. I was raised as a kid on Sinatra from my Grandad and Mom. he's the greatest. But, I agree, this is NOT the best tributes in UK. The BBC picked a general run of the mill bunch. Its the very worst of Stars in their Eyes meets Lame Academy. They billed the show as the 'battle of Britains greatest Tribute Acts'. i expected pros like ELO Experience and T Rextacy. We got some of the worst bad karaoke-esque amateurs available.

In regards to David's comments the winner might be Representing the UK true BUT won't be the BEST the UK has to offer! this is an insult to all the already hard working Professional TRIBUTES out there who didn't enter the show due to work commitments or for other reasons. some might deserve a place in the final and good luck to all BUT please stop saying they are THE BEST THE UK HAS TO OFFER!! because it isn't! Anthony is great vocally but look up Stephen triffit and Phil Fryer the best FS.

I understand yr bitterness but with all due respect the reasons Stephen Triffit & Phil Fryer r not in the competition r down 2 the programme makers not contestants, this is not the 1st time I have read u commenting in this way, what ever happened 2 good old support for a fellow tribute act, who may not b the best in yr eyes, but is doing his best, and some, to realise a dream? 1 of them is going 2 Vegas whether you like it or not-lets make sure it's the right 1! Go Frank! Behind u all the way.

I like many in our industry are fully aware that 1 of the contestants are going to Vegas whether we like it or not and as I said some might deserve a place in the final that inlcudes Anthony! I am not knocking Him personally he seems like a nice man has done very well since the start and has grown he has a great vocal and will improve with time, I am just pointing out it is wrong to say THEY are the UK's Best how do you think that makes the pro's feel? I am not bitter I just want fairness.

and....if Anthony decided to join the Tribute industry after the show "winner or not" he would be welcomed with open arms, from fellow Tribute artists and agents. Good Luck Anthony and all the contestants. The message that is going out is wrong but that is the programme makers fault I agree it is for the Pro' tributes I speak out.
