  • Nice vid guys. thanks alot

  • Excellent vid, one of the best I've seen on almost any subject on YouTube.

  • HAHA Look at that big ol' dewbie at 4:08

  • That is a common mistake by folks who are not familiar with this car. It's a good way to get into them free or cheap, if the owner/dealer/shop is telling you it has bent valves. Re-align the belts and go!

  • wow thanks so much! the shop that did the belts on my car(same motor) set the flywheel at 0 degrees, so everything looked good but they set the flywheel wrong to begin with!

  • wow this is so easy... i hate paying so much for all this just coz i dont have the proper tools and a garage.... thanks a lot... love the video

  • think my 93 4cyl 1.8L will have the same set up pretty much?

  • @DeliciousMike any of the ea82 engine will be the same with the timing belts and engine seals. 1985-1994 subaru DL, GL, RX, GL-10, XT, Loyale in turbo, spfi, or carb.. Even the xt6, with slightly different belt and pulleys, use the same alignment marks and procedure.

  • uh. i never did that with taking out that much slack.
