  • thats the kind of cop i will be if i can become one and thank you for the vid.

  • he is one of the good ones very respectful not being a asshole at all

  • Awesome cop is awesome!

  • Great cop!

  • why the hell would you walk around with a gun?????

    that was not loaded?

    load it next time

  • cool cop but why do people have to be all I'm not telling you my name and crap.. make things easy and go smooth as silk and just show him your ID and your permit.. not hard thing to do.. and yes I'm a vet as well

  • @Thewicked -You're also a pussy, stand you ground and quit telling others to lay down. The cop have NO RIGHT to bully this guy for his information!

  • College blvd by Mira Mesa college

  • where in oceanside was this?

  • it would've been a different situation if he was a nig

  • We need to reward officers who do their job as professionally as this man here!! It's great to see and I hope other officers learn from and follow his example. There are lots of examples of police officers abusing their power, and we need to punish and expose them. But just as much, we need to recognize and applaud officers such as this!!! So proud to have men like this in uniform in our country.

  • this cop has the best attitude i have ever seen. they should give him the job of training others on how to keep a friendly manner when dealing with people. i think im gonna send the cop a edible gift basket for being a good sport. semper fi

  • THIS SHOULD GO VIRAL SPREAD IT - GOOD COPS DESERVE CREDIT WE NEED COPS - its a shame so many are power thirsty - i wish you patrolled my street mr. lyons.

  • @YourFreedomChannel -What the hell are you talking about? This cop was a bully. He lied and repeatedly badgered the guy for his his information when he legally did not have to ID himself.

  • "Well it'll look good on YouTube."

    Hahaha

  • awesome cop....

  • might as well carry a fukn sword

  • Does the cop even have the right to take the gun anyway? Like im not saying hes an ass but im just wondering

  • @MrSmallANDLoud He is in California, in California it is illegal to open carry a loaded gun. So cops can weapon check you to see if it is loaded or not. But in other places it doesn't matter if it is loaded or not.

  • @lilAznFaith then whats the point og having a gun if it isnt loaded?

  • @MrSmallANDLoud Keep a magazine in a pocket, takes 3 seconds to load up if needed. Better than nothing.

  • @MrSmallANDLoud no point, but it is his right. In most states we carry them loaded unconcealed

  • @MrSmallANDLoud Yes, they sure do.

  • What good is an unloaded gun?

  • This is good video for flexing rights & if all cops were like this we'd have people carrying guns around scaring & robbing people I mean most people love being let go by police but what happens when the police let a person go that may he on way to kill his wife or wive cheater so this video is good as in showing good police conduct but what happens when people break the law after being in police custody we live in a dangerous world & not all people can be predicted as being save or having malic

  • @MrBLUESTARSUN Guns don't scare and rob or kill people. PEOPLE scare and rob or kill people.

  • Best cop ever!!!!!!! Semper Fi!!

  • what a nice cop so professional

  • Good job, Jeramie. I've seen WAYYY too many people do a LOUSY job at articulating their rights, which only ENCOURAGES the police to conduct ILLEGAL detainments and harrassment. You did a nice, simple job. You also were quite lucky to have had a cop who recognizes citizen rights, and knows what the laws are. Overall... It should ALWAYS go like this. But sadly, most open carriers are IDIOTS about it, and do a realy LOUSY job expressing themselves, and/or citing the laws.

  • holy shit i think this is the first time i have seen a open carry situation go COMPLETLEY good

  • I thought all types of carry were illigal in california... Can someone tell me what the current laws entail? It seems idiotic if they were allowed to carry around a firearms and ammunition but not be allowed to load their guns.

  • @guitarplayer2434 But Having Gay sex and leaving your condoms in your wallet is a Helluva lot more dangerous than a law abiding American exercising their 2nd Amendment RIGHTS.

  • This cop is very cool. He should be commended. Most who get "stopped" open carrying have major pricks for cops. This dude is very down to earth.

  • this wouldve been awesome if they still had the open carry law, but now you get arrested on spot, as of january 2012, no more open carry... fuckin lawyers

  • good on both the cop, and the guy.

  • cool cop and on top of that a marine god bless

  • Also, Jeremy is douche. Obviously out looking for the cops to violate his rights. Why else would he have this pre-rehearsed "I'm not giving you my name because I don't have to" attitude. A cop could walk up to me right now and ask me my name, sure I don't have to give it to him that's my right. But I'm not doing anything wrong, so why be an ass about it? Sometimes people take their right to do or not do something as an excuse to just be a dick. The cop knew exactly what Jeremy's agenda was. LOL.

  • The cop was cool, and there are more of those guys out there than you probably realize. They just make the videos and make an impression on you like the assholes do. But here is my question. It is your right to conceal and carry, but what it the point if it is not even loaded? "Oh, you are going to rob me? Hold on while I load my gun. Hang on a sec.......almost done......there. I'm ready. Now, you were saying?" Come one. That's like asking to slap the rubber on after you nut in the hole.

  • @IamAmericanMade There's some validity to your way of thinking. Unfortunately CA has become gun-phobic. That is irrationally afraid of guns. I actually used to be one of them.

But if more people were able to open-carry without having 30 cops show up, then the avg citizen would be more at ease. It wouldn't seem so scary.

Ignorance of guns is what causes fear, pretty much like all fears.

Whenever some nut goes postal in public, there's no one around to fire back at him.

  • @IamAmericanMade -The cop was a bully who badgered and lied to the guy for his personal info after it was obvious the guy wanted to keep his privacy. Many open carriers in California carried as a mean of protest to the unconstitutional gun laws. You equating standing up for ones rights as being a "dick", just shows how "dickless" you are!

  • I wish more police officers were like this guy..

  • That is a cop who I would not mind talking to. He was a lot more respectful than most.

  • cool guy.

  • just doing his job and a good one at that

  • you can tell this officer is not a rookie. he don't have nothing to prove to nobody. courteous, yet professional. not on a power trip or hiding behind the badge...he's a dying breed sadly.

  • Yeah this is a cool cop..guys bein a little bit of an ass

  • very cool cop, and very knowledgeable about the law. he definitely gets an A+ for the day...

  • That guy is such fucking douchebag this cop was cool as fuck.

  • Good COP!!

  • @ATLnyuckanumberone -Atlanta police shoot law abiding citizens who are no threat? I say you're full of shit!

  • Awesome cop.

  • what a fantastic cop. in commonwealth countries you would have been shot for sure despite the 1688 bill of rights which guaranteed the right of protestants to arm. somehow the defacto governments in those countries believe they can 'repeal' such rights. A+ for the USA!!!

  • love how u carry a hi point lol, that's whats up.

  • FUCK THE CROOKED ASS OPD!!

  • What a great guy

  • Cool cop. Its a shame you gotta be such a prick, however

  • @Evans32796

Cool cop my ass. He was a dick had no right going about it the way he did. The guy didn't have to talk to him either.

  • @pickchicken The cop had every right to go about it like he did. Cop said someone called and reported someone walking up and down the road with a gun, and he was just checking out the situation. I respect that cop has to make sure for his safety that everything was ok. How do you know the difference between a regular law abiding citizen and some nut who wants to shoot a place up?

I am about as anti-cop as it gets, but paranoid people like this guy looks like he has something to hide.

  • @pickchicken How do you believe a citizen has the right to not address a police officer. Especially when said citizen has a firearm on his hip?

  • @preaceps -Not only do you not have to talk to police, it's the smart thing to do.

  • are you allowed to holster weapons in public the US o.0

  • @iTitanium Sure can. You just need a permit for Hand guns, but you can Open Carry Rifles as well.

  • @KirkGaming There's a proposed law in California to ban OC of rifles beginning in 2013.

  • @lethalweapon129 THAT IS MY only point in all my video's and NO ONE is getting it, I mean fuck man, these guys are just being dicks, THEY NEED TO GROW the fuck up, I MEAN that is just dumb, these fucks put their real names, their life story, all their pictures on Facebook, but they won't tell a COP their name, that is just dumb ASS FUCK MAN! MARK FUCKERBERG can know everyone's lifestory but a cop can't get a name in this country, so they give their name to a jew, but not a cop?

  • Cool cop...

  • @lethalweapon129 I DON't FUCKING UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WILL NOT GIVE THEM THEIR ID, and be assholes like that. I WOULD GIVE THEM MY ID.....I HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE, why don't they give them their name, so next time they see them, THEY...DUH? KNOW THEM????? and say that's JOE blow he is fine?

  • @Doyouknowhowmuchusuc -You don't understand because you're a pussy ass sheep! He wasn't breaking the law and he didn't want his name in a police report. The cop was an ass for repeatedly badgering him for his name!

  • @Hughster49 pussy ass sheep, 38 years old shooting guns, H is not going to go in no police report dumb ass he didn't do anything, it is you, that are the pussy whining fuck, he will put his name on FB, and on U-tube, but not give it to a cop, LOL, FUCK YOU MOTHERFUCKER. why egg on the cops, all he is doing is making a statemnt, whatever, I disagree, that is my right motherfucker,, and he could have just escaped from prison, are you 20?

  • @Doyouknowhowmuchusuc - If he puts his name on facebook or Utube, it's his fucking choice. If his is not committing a crime and refuses to show the cop id, it's also his fucking choice. If he wants to make a statement because California sucks on it's gun laws, that is also his choice. Did someone escape from prison that day that looked like him carrying a sidearm? If not, there is no REASONABLE SUSPICION ASSHOLE!!!

  • @Hughster49 regardless, in 2012, it is still a a valid reason to question him, right or not, and the point is to be a man and take the heat, if the cops is cool, fine, but there is going to be heat, and people are going to be scared, that is the reality, that is why I don't open carry, I am a man , and just do'nt want the bullshit, either way he is wasting this cps times, time he could be using to solve a real crime, this guy is just being a dick, period, I mean why carry an inloaded gun, LOL

  • @Hughster49 if this guy wants to be an ass, and not give , that is his right, but other than the point of being a an asshole, why carry an unloaded gun? just to make a point, LOLI am a person that carries a gun myself, BUT IT IS LOADED!so...I understand that, but the cops, if not on camera, in my state, would beat the crap out of him just for being an asshole and than say he pulled the gun on them it is never good to antagonize the police for nothing. empty gun, LOL

  • @Doyouknowhowmuchusuc -It's California, what part of that do you not understand? It's very hard to get a CCW and because the Black Panthers stood up to cops like you describe in your state, they banned loaded carry. You can carry loaded mags. As far as giving up ID, fuck them. If you're not breaking the law, they don't get to know who you are, it's doesn't matter how nice you think they are.

  • @Hughster49 motherfucker, they KILLED my best friend, for nothing, so top that, I WAS the king of cop haters, but to carry an unloaded gun, just to throw in their face u can, is really immature, WE ALL KNOW why he is foing it, and fucks like this WILL ruin any open carry laws, HE doesn't know who he is, he could be a nut on the way to the mall to kill people, grow up dude. AND it's empty....LOL what is he going to do, throw it at him, this guy is a FUCK asswipe MARINE that needs his ass beat.

  • @Hughster49 I agree as far as some people say fuck them they killed my friend, but JESUS man, if I am a cop, and I see someone walking, I am going to check the fucker out, he doesn't know who he is man. I WOULD give them my ID, I HAVE shit to hide, NOTHING! maybe this guy does, Huh? I mean so what?? eventually, they will make it so you cannot open carry becuase if nuts like this.

  • @Doyouknowhowmuchusuc -I never said I was a cop hater, but I do believe in the US Constitution. We have a right to keep and bear and the right to be secure in our papers. It's the job of the police to enforce the law per the penal code. They don't get to make up their own rules.Coulda, woulda shoulda, does not count for anything! If you want to bow down and give up your privacy, it's your business, just don't knock others for having a pair of balls.

  • @Hughster49 , I am not knocking him, balls or just wanting to egg on the cops for nothing when they could be doing real things. That is all, I MEAN to take a camera, to do this on purpose, just for the sake of doing it, is like two gays gay kissing each other on a playground in front of kids, just because gay marriage just got passed. I mean I don't care,I am a gun owner, but I don't open carry for this reason, and it is not me having balls, I just don't need the aggravation.

  • @Doyouknowhowmuchusuc -Open carriers carry cameras to protect their rights from the police. Cameras tend to put police on their best behavior. As far as cops won't do anything to him, look at all the videos on youtube where cops assault people for little or no reason.

  • @Hughster49 I believe it it to, but empty? I mean he wants to make a statemnt, that is his right, just like people that protest, it is our right, that is why we are American's, but I don't think this takes balls, balls is walking around 18th and Oakely in Chicgo as a whiteman with an empty gun, this guy is a cop, he isn't going to do nothing to him.

  • @lethalweapon129 dumb! what is the point? AND ALL I ever wanted AKMASTER AND ALL THESE idiots to admit was, they are making a point, especially with an AK, he can't do it, tell that jtc2162 fuck about cast man, i want to see what he says, page 15.

  • @lethalweapon129 hey man, did jtc2162 ever realize that you cannot shoot lead out of a Glock? The FUCKER told me I was an asshole, cunt, idiot whatever, said it was bullshit and blocked me, it is in the manual, he said it wasn't.

  • That officer handle that very well. Thumbs up

  • why is it unloaded.

  • very good police offficer, but are'nt they all good cops

  • @policeman872 yea, he is on camera, just like the AKMASTER's vid knew they were on camera, if no camera, you might get the shit beat outta ya man.

  • This restores a little more faith of what I have left in the Police.

  • AMAZING!!!!! ONE GOOD COP OUT OF THE WHOLE COUNTRY

  • WOW THAT OFFICER HANDLED IT LIKE A BOSS!!!!!!

  • Officer handled that like a boss.

  • "Jeremy" smokes summer sausages.....

  • The cop was pretty slick. "Hi, I'm Matt. What's your name?" lol.

  • LOL..that cop was awesome. Loved his identification statement at the end.

  • That cop is bad ass wish they were all like him

  • That cop was really cool compared to most

  • I don't understand what the point in carrying is if it's not loaded?

  • @tksemipro There is no point, that's why it's illegal now.

  • @tksemipro I believe the Mag was out. But, I haven't a clue as to why?!?

  • @hydromorph1965 in california open carry is defined as an unloaded gun with a magazine out of the gun

  • Hah that's a cool cop atleast he wasn't a asshole like most cops who refuse to give their badge number.

  • And the whole thing took less than three minutes!

  • Thanks! Bout2hunt!

  • Now that is an example of good officer!

  • There was no detention that I saw. Only an officer wondering why he might be carrying an open conceal. And, at that he simply held "Jeremys" hand above his face, which seemed fine to me. After all the man IS an enforcement officer. "Jeremy might have been a buck assed fool with that gun, who knows? Cops full right in my opinion to at least inquire for a permit. btw, I'm glad that this is a conversation, rather than!

  • Cop did not one thing that would be considered out- of - line, in my opinion.

"Jeremy", on the otherhand, in my opinion. Acted, using this 'pre-planned' situation to show just how big an ass persons can be when someone is cool as a body on ice, toward them.. My opinion only "Jeremy" was entitled to his opinion(s). so no haters, please.

  • @hydromorph1965 The point is not to disrespect cops, but if we do not excersize our rights we will lose them. If everyone "cooperates" with police, then the police gain more power little by little to throw our rights aside and to harass citizens.

  • @MrBclong The point is, the cop did nothing... That is the point...

  • @hydromorph1965 In other words, 'Jeremy' mads a piss water example of justifying anything here. His "Point(s)" were purposeless.....

  • @hydromorph1965 He did, he detained a man, temporarily confiscated his pistol, attempted to invade his personal privacy by asking for his ID, all of which he did without any suspicion of crime. He is obviously a great cop with some understanding of the specific state's statutes and probably a conservative guy, so I don't blame ANY cop specifically, but I do blame the police as a whole for violating rights endowed by our creator through the Constitution.

  • @MrBclong I'm sorry. I've reviewed several more times what I personally believe to be a righteous situation concerning the Officer. He stated to the man that there were "several persons" that made complaints against him. In Ohio, if no I..D. is shown it's jail for vagrancy. In my opinion a person should lawfully be obligated to at least verbally give I.D. What if after that 'stop' he killed someone, then rode off into the sunset. "Scot free?" I appreciate our conversation. Hve a good 1

  • @hydromorph1965 -You cannot be forced to show ID ANYWHERE in the US unless the officer can articulate "reasonable suspicion" of a crime. The courts have ruled that mere open carry is not reasonable suspicion. It doesn't matter that people complain that you are doing something perfectly legal and your "what if's" don't count. Sorry to hear that you would rather be a slave that a free man living under our great Constitution!

  • @Hughster49 You , Mr. Hugh are a typical asshole that apparently read my wishes concerning "no Pricks" need to write. On the other hand, had you been a gentleman, as MrBclong has been being that he has a thred af intelligence about him. Your comment to me is irrelevant. I'm quite sure that you are a teenager without even looking at your profile. I don't argue with kids that don't know the sometimes unfair rules of life. Learn to be a gentleman as Bclong is. You coulda had a V8, instead!

  • @hydromorph1965 -You're an idiot, you made a false statement so you say a bunch of crap containing no facts what so ever. Just because you were falsely arrested on a bogus charge and you didn't have the balls to fight it, does not make it law!

  • @Hughster49 And, as I stated. In Middletown, OH. No verbal I.D. Jail for Vagrancy. I live here, tried it, I went there! Therefore, I know...

  • @hydromorph1965 "A vagrant is "a person without a settled home or regular work who wanders from place to place and lives by begging;" vagrancy is the condition of such persons", what does this have to do with presenting ID? Show me the statue you are referring to.

  • @Hughster49 I DON'T HAVE A GOD DAMNED THING TO PROVE TO YOU KID! But, Vagrancy in Middletown, is BASED ON ONES ABILITY TO PROVE PLACE OF RESIDENCE BY PRODUCING STATE I.D. UPON REQUEST, OR VERBALIZING VERIFIABLE PLACE OF RESIDENCY WITHIN THE CITY. You're turning this into something it wasn't meant to be. A flamefest! And, You've been politely asked to fuck off, but? Trust me, I have balls...Cause I'm not a pacifist, "60's hippie wanna-be", like yourself. I have stated that ALL opinions are MINE!

  • @Hughster49 A nd, please don't reply to me any more. I have you blocked. I'm not having a stroke over a know it all little kid! Yea, I know..."I'm not a kid! I'm 23"!!!!! Crawl back into the cradle, while you still can. Age isn't always knowledege. There has to be experience. Which thank God, you haven't had to have as of yet! You'll grow up.......Some day!

  • @hydromorph1965 -I see why you're so confused, I spoke with the Middletown police department. I asked about the carry ID law, I was told you have to carry ID anywhere in the state of Ohio. I ask for the statue and he didn't know it. I asked if you can get arrested and he said no. I said "then it must no be a law" and he said "ok". The guy was clueless. Where do you get your cops, out of a crackjack box? LOL

  • @Hughster49 You spoke to no "male" Dispatch here in in MIDDLETOWN! We have no male dispatch! I think it's time for someones nap! You're getting cranky...

  • @hydromorph1965 -It was a male police officer in Middletown Ohio.513-425-7700

  • @Hughster49 Listen. Regarless of whom you say you spoke with, you have only made my comments for my betterment. I "lied" about trying the I.D. thing. YOU proved me to be a truth teller by ur comment(s). "I" don't know what I'm talking about. Yet, you say that you spoke with someone else stating the very same things that I have stated to you. You have turned all of my "storys", into truth FOR ME! Speaking with an Officer is NOT speaking with dispatch! Come back when you can keep up;)

  • @hydromorph1965 -"n Ohio, if no I..D. is shown it's jail for vagrancy", this was your statement and you have yet to prove it. Show me the statue, just because your cops are as stupid as you proves nothing. The cop could not give me the law but he claimed you have to carry ID in Ohio. You claim you can be arrested for being homeless if you don't have an ID. NEITHER of you can give the a law to back up your bullshit. Try using FACTS!

  • @Hughster49 I consider this to be a finished discussion between us. I won! Have a good one! Glad you all liked the show!

    "Me, taking a bow" ;)~

  • @Hughster49 What 'statue' did you ask for? The one of "Liberty"? Maybe you thought I meant Middletown, NY! I'm getting a kick out of you, now!

  • Why the dont we have more Cops like that guy ?!?!?

  • Nice guy, its too bad he didnt know (or care) about not being legally required to identify yourself when you havnt done anything wrong.

Still, better than most other confrontations ive seen.

  • @usagora -Open carriers in California have there guns inspected because the Black Panthers started open carrying firearm to protect themselves from the racist Oakland PD. Then they protested by bringing their weapons into the state capital and Ronald Reagan didn't like seeing armed black men so they made up the unloaded carry law. Like most gun control, this law has it's roots in racism! This is America, where you're innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around!

  • I totally love this officer!!

  • Wow great job! I would call the dept and commend him! and yeah there's about 1% of cops that are like this.

  • @ModeraterX Gotta love those who think all police aren't polite when the situation calls for it. People with this mentality are many times the reasons LEO has to be dicks in many situations, which give them the impression that 1% of cops are like that

  • this was great... Unfortunately, this represents about .0001 percent of police.

  • Your doing s great service Jeremy. Keep up the good work out there as we do the same out here in NV

  • Dude that is one good cop!

  • Pig I will eat your bacon

  • That was handled nicely... He should be training other cops how to act in society.

  • @usagora -"wandering aimlessly", "loitering in public", "walking in public", you mean leaving the house. None of those are illegal behavior much less disturbing the peace.

  • @usagora Have a nice day.

  • @usagora Nice backtracking. You also said that if someone hasnt done anything wrong what do they have to worry about. I'll tell you what, their freedom. Many of those who were/are falsely imprisoned cooperated with the police 100% only to find themselves in prison for a crime they did not commit. Any lawyer will tell you not to speak to the police in order not to incriminate yourself or give police info they can use against you. You know, you can be innocent and still end up in prison.

  • @usagora Wow, youre making a pretty big stretch there. It doesnt even slightly mirror this situation.

  • @usagora Well I think you showed that anyone has the right to be an Ahole. But how was Jeremy an Ahole? He answered all the officers questions except for one. And he told the officer why he wouldnt answer it. The officer acknowledged Jeremy's reason and said that it was ok. That he supports his reason and even said "Im all for it". Even Jeremy said "cop was cool about the whole thing". So even Jeremy doesnt think badly of the interaction. So again, how was Jeremy an Ahole?

  • @usagora Jeremy wasnt loitering or wandering aimlessly. He was walking down the sidewalk minding his own business. He wasnt doing anything illegal. In Cali an officer has the right to stop and check his firearm to confirm that its unloaded. Thats it. He doesnt have the authority to demand ID after confirming Jeremy was in compliance with state open carry laws. Which are that the gun is unloaded and holstered. Jeremy was 100% LEGAL and stood up for his rights accordingly.

  • @usagora "Um"? Thats the best you got? Open carrying a firearm, where it is LEGAL, does not constitute disturbing the peace. You cannot be charged with disturbing the peace if you have broken no law. There is no question about this. Therefore you are not legally obligated to show your ID. This isnt cold war Russia or WWII Germany. An officer cant just walk up to someone who is not breaking the law and demand them to "Show me your papers!".

  • @usagora You ask why I question your honor? In your words "That's not a right I'm going to die on a hill for.". Well many did die for that right. They sacrificed their lives for all the rights we have, even the ones YOU dont see value in. Every right they died for was equally important. You disrespect their service and sacrifice with such a statement. That is why you have no honor. Because you dont see what so many gave their lives for. We have our rights, our freedom because of them.

  • @usagora -Show me a conviction of "disturbing the peace" for mere open carry.

  • @usagora "disturbing the peace", the courts already shot that one down.

  • @usagora "accountability", unless you're breaking the law, there is nothing to be held accountable for.

  • Did you noticed the part of the video when the officer told Jeremy he was right. That he was under no legal obligation to identify himself. Even though he was open carrying. A citizen is under no legal obligation to identify themselves UNLESS they have broken the law, period. Jeremy was 100% within his rights, even the officer knew that. For some reason you dont.

  • And btw, open carrying a firearm where it is legal does NOT constitute disturbing the peace. You need to learn the law.

  • This event occurred in Cali, where open carry was legal up until a short time ago. The officer had the right to check the gun to ensure it was unloaded under law. However, once it was confirmed it was unloaded he should have returned it, immediately. Jeremy's rights were upheld because he upheld them. Not the officer.

  • In the end, both the officer and Jeremy conducted themselves in a respectful manner. The officer did his job and Jeremy stood up for his rights.

  • @usagora "The officer never threatened him or otherwise coerce him to give his name", BULLSHIT, he threatened to hold his gun. Jeremy never got loud or called the officer names, he just didn't play along with his game.

  • Also, the officer asked him atleast 4 times for his name or ID. The officer also stated that Jeremy was required to identity himself, which was a lie. Id call that coercion.

  • And honor? How can you have any honor when you disrespect what many have given their lives for. They protected our rights with their lives. And you think its honorable only to act on the ones YOU see value in. You have no honor in my opinion.

  • First, I didn't ask for your help. Second, I don't need it. If you decide to pick and choose your rights that's fine with me. I see them as all being important. The 4th amendment protects us against illegal search and seizure. The Nazi's didn't see this as a valid right either, so I guess you have company then.

  • @usagora It has nothing to do with being a jerk or not. Youre the one saying it does, not me. It has to do with rights. Those who choose not to stand up for their rights dont deserve to have them in my opinion. It's my CHOICE to tell someone my name or not. Even the officer in the video knew that he didnt have the authority to demand that Jeremy identify himself when he has not commited a crime. It doesnt mean the officer wasnt going to try. Know your rights! 4th Amendment!

  • @usagora -Guess what idiot? If you've committed no crime, you don't have to identify yourself. And no loser, I'm not a truther!

  • @usagora -The cops words were " I'm going to hold this and were going to talk". It was obvious that Jeremy didn't want to play the 20 question game and have his name in a police report but the cop continued to badger his for information. The cop was not "genuinely surprised", he was using something called "verbal judo". I know, I am a former deputy sheriff and my job was to find people to take to jail. Jeremy was not a dick, he was smart and did everything right.

  • @Hughster49 He didn't tell him he wasn't free to leave, and Jeremy didn't ask to leave. If it's obvious that Jeremy wanted to leave, it should have been obvious that the officer was simply engaging in friendly dialogue. You act like the officer not saying everything exactly right was evidence that he was illegally detaining him. It's an officer safety issue. Based on the incident I saw, Jeremy had no reason to believe that the officer was doing anything illegal

  • @iandohme -The officer did absolutely nothing illegal, but he was pushy and badgered Jeremy for his personal information knowing he did not want to give up his privacy. I don't have a problem with the officer, I have a problem with all the boot lickers that say Jeremy was a dick. When the truth is, he just stood his ground and exercised his rights.

  • @Hughster49 He wasn't pushy at all...if anything, he was just surprised that Jeremy was being so standoffish. And be honest with yourself, Jeremy was a dick. I'm all for him exercising his rights, but nothing's to say he can't be cordial. The officer had no reason to be nice to Jeremy, but he was. If I went on camera and called a police officer a piece of shit, I would be exercising my rights, but I'd still be a dick.

  • @iandohme =Jeremy called him sir right off the bat and called him sir at the end. He didn't want to give up his name and the cop asked at least 5 times, tell me that's not pushy! At what point in this video was Jeremy a dick?

  • @Hughster49 Sir, fuck you sir. See how easy it is to live up to your expectations of respectful? You act like Jeremy gave a reason other than "it's my constitutional right", that took the officer by surprise. He only asked him for his first name once, which he received. He asked twice for his last name. That's his job to identify potential threats. As for your question, Jeremy's last three videos prove he's a dick. One described as "I unknowingly walked into the aftermath of a bank robbey"

  • @iandohme -He never said "fuck", stick to the facts IDIOT. He asked for ID at 59, he asked him is name at 1:04, at 1:07 he starts to badger him saying "I'm just asking what your name is, at 1:39 again he asks for ID, at 1:44 he again wants his name, at 1:52 he lies and say's he doesn't have to show ID but he was required to do it verbally, at 1;56 he again badgers him asking him if he can do that (meaning verbally ID himself). At 2:01 he asks him his last name. Total harassment!

  • @Hughster49 are you retarded, asking questions calmly is not harassment lol

  • @Hughster49 Oh god, I didn't say HE said it. I'm saying it. I'm making a point that simply saying "sir" doesn't mean you're being polite. And when you look for ID and someone doesn't have it, common sense says you ask for their name. Then when he doesn't give it, he doesn't "badger" him, he keeps questioning due to the fact that Jeremy's being silent. So that's really one time. You really need to learn the definition of badger. Plus, until 1:47, Jeremy doesn't even give a reason for his silence.

  • @iandohme -In this country, you have the right to remain silent. It was obvious from the start that Jeremy didn't want to give up his information but the cop didn't want to take NO for an answer. At no time was Jeremy out of line.

  • @Hughster49 You absolutely have the right to remain silent. It wasn't obvious from the start that he didn't want to give up his information. That only became apparent at 1:47. And I didn't say he was acting out of line, as in breaking the law. I respect his right to do so. But I don't have to respect him. Look at his other video where he "unknowingly" walks into the aftermath of a bank robbery. Hindsight is 20/20, and it's obvious he's doing this to try to trip up police officers.
