If the point of this video was show that decisions should be made on informed reason and that islam empowers people and encourages them to think for themselves then Where are the views of the other other speaker? Where is the rest of the video? You should put up the viewpoints of the other speaker, otherwise one is inclined to think your views and reason were debunked shorty after you stopped speaking. If target audience of this video was just muslims then ignore what i said......
atheists are simply confused. they can't even proof the existence of their great great great grandmother, without using logic as "since we are here today, she must have existed." Well that reasoning is using rational, and so Muslims say: "since we are here today and the universe is here, then ONE who is uncaused and immaterial caused the universe which is sum of all material and that One is ALLAH, the One, Eternal, did not beget, nor begotten and nothing we know can equate to Him [Quran 112:1-4]
brother, I got to a point where I think Atheists are basically people with mental issues. Seriously, I have friends who are Atheists, and all I can say is, I'm glad I was raised Muslim
"Occam's razor" is a well-known principle in logic which states that the simplest explanation is more likely the correct one. Plurality should not be posited without necessity, meaning that entities must not be multiplied beyond necessity. If you have one logical, simple cause for something, you don't have to add other causes to explain it, the one cause will suffice and is probably enough. It's something like that JarvisArson..
@infantileretard I think you have misunderstood. What Hamza is saying is that the concept of the infinity doesn't make sense when export the concept into the real world (this universe). The infinity only makes sense in the mathematical realm of discourse based upon certain axioms and conventions. And the Qur'an argument is a sound argument using logical deduction, I don't see what your points are here, as you are just making claims.
This guy is very confused about the concept of infinity, and what the great philosophers and mathematicians that he quotes are talking about. Taking their quotes out of context, misusing the idea of Occam's Razor, and using an epistemological line of argument for the miraculous nature of the Quran???. He is only making Islamic apologetics look like a joke with this pseudo-philosophical nonsense; there are better ways to do this.
