  • Good

  • Nice lil gym though

  • That's not muay thai too stiff not relaxed and no shin all foot lol

  • what song is that?

  • 1 and a half years self-training at home.

woaahh you mean this room is at your house!

damn its a really nice room to train ! nice !!

  • let me elaborate, i ran out of characters. i noticed your right foot was too high on your tippy toes, this really takes alot of power out of your right punch, follow with your right foot after you step with your left because that is partially a result of not following with your right. take 2:25 for instance. keep more surface area of your right foot on the floor and really put alot of grind into that right foot like your trying to kill a nasty cocaroach so u can put more weight into your punch

  • hey man great job for self taught im really impressed this would be tough to accomplish in a year by oneself, you must be well motivated. a few things i noticed were that you stance was a little wide at times, you tend to take a step with your left foot with the jab, but you dont follow with your fight foot so you widen your foot stance, this makes it tougher to check kicks and pivot your right foot nicely

  • you need to work ALOT on everything actually... first stop worrying on how fast your combining strikes and do them right. kicks need the biggest improvement , step out more, turn, then release the kick

  • one more thing, bring ur elbows in with your guard when you are boxing. Also while ur punches are dead fast, they are technically just a bit off. Get to a gym dude u have a LOT of potential. I see people have mostly criticized your kicks, and yes they could do with a bit more of a twist and rotation but i think your boxing needs much more work than your kicks. Good luck dude!!!!

  • yeh man ur core tech is pretty darn good for self taught! but i noticed while shadow boxing that you have very repetitive combinations. Do that in the ring and any fighter worth their salt will own you. Maybe time to get a teacher? You learn so many little tricks and combos with a good teacher (preferably one with a decent number of titles under their belt as both mine have been) that you will never ever see on the internet or know when self taught. If thats not an option, try to mix it up a bit

  • wow your so light, im 16 and i weigh 68kgs

  • use your hips

  • needa train them left kicks aye bru

    but all goood

  • nice nice

btw what's the name of the music you used?

  • no formal training? im impressed. i like your pivot and body turn with ur low kicks. how is your flexibility? do another video showing scissor knees/clinching/high thai roundhouses.

keep up the good work brother

  • keep ur head up and more training on ur left leg...why i say tat cuzz i could use both leg really good...n keep up the good work

  • This is the kind of thing I want to do, I couldn't give a sh*t about being a ring fighter, but just to build endurance and become a better fighter than the average guy you see on the street would be really awesome. Keep up the good work!

  • ur right kick you shouldnt be falling out like that you should be throwing your right shoulder in a little more therefore keepina strong stance

  • oh and i noticed ony ur kicks ur kinda grunting, breathe out with your lungs before you even kick and push out when u kick and inhale when u come back on

  • you seem a little tense, loosen up and get ur hand a lil higher with your guard and keep ur elbows in closer. on your left kick dont rotate your houlders to much to the right cuz thats more like karate, just snap your hips back and let what ever hand thats on the same leg of the kick down by your waist and ur other on your forehead.

  • everything is pretty good. The biggest thing I saw that wasn't toooo good was when you throw a 3 combo, make sure when you throw it comes back to your chin. It seems like u throw the left, and then the right, and then they're both just hanging out there for the left hook to come, make sure u snap it out, then back to ur chin, unless u wanna get knocked out! lol. Everything was pretty good tho

  • muay thai is left stance :P

  • not bad but this isn't muay thai training

  • Good technique, speed & explosive power. You've done a good job. Only thing your probably lacking is sparring experiance.

  • VERY good for being self taught. Probably better than a lot of people I've actually seen training in gyms!

  • When kicking with your left leg,

    - step to the outside of your opponent's left leg

    - keep your right hand up near your temple

    - rotate your hips

  • very nice training room

  • Lift your knee up a bit more when you kick, it'll maximize your power when you make contact (try rotating your hips a bit more along with swinging your arm that is on the side with your kicking leg, but be sure to leave your leading hand up guarding your face)

Other else than that, you're decent for self taught. Btw, where do u live?

    Cheers.

  • Feedback: join a muay thai gym and become a nakmuay and fight in the ring other wise the training is pointless! also post once you have done that post fight vids on here so we can all see em'

p.s NICE PVT GYM! ....i could live in there...

  • WOAH! UR MY HERO! WOOOOOOOO

  • ur shoulder is a little uptight when you working the pad, u got to relax if you want knock out power~ right round house is not bad, keep it up~

  • fuck. you fucking owns phengeng!

  • what about you dancer stand against a person in fight?

  • youre really fast with your punches wich is good and your punching techniques arent so bad but 2 things i can see u gotta mix more kicking into your shaddow boxing firstly, a high kick here n there an elbow, a knee...and second whith your kicking you got a powerful kick but when your coming back you look off balance..its cause your not taking a step forward with your from foot first..its just rotating u gotta step forward first then do what your doing..might help...nice speed ball haha

  • nice crisp punches

    whats the song called?

  • ta

    Bent - Kisses

  • Much improved! Footwork still needs some work but otherwise keep working!

  • well i take back some of the comments i made last video, you have improved

your using more hip power now, but it doesnt have the "swing" element do it, its still like a cut kick you probably learned in TKD

your a quick learner, join a real gym :)

  • impressive considering self taught...you make it look easy! great job..keep posting more vids of training!

  • try switch step when you throw your left kicks. when you throw your right kicks your right should drop (your already doing that perfectly) but keep your left hand by your head.

  • nice kicks

  • Tough sport, I used to do it, keep it up ;)

    Peace

  • I'll give you this, some of the best fighter out there today started in there basements or training in a garage or other lowtech, its what seperates you and me from the average schmoe wanting to get fit in the gym, the determination thatthis shows from you will devolop you mentaly further then any hightech training gear. Just remember determination will get you far but only so far at some point you need to find a gym.

  • whoop whoop good work the only thing i see and im no pro at all so dont think im telling you what to do but in your kicks make sure your hand is up so that they dont counter punch you. good work!
