I never use special weapons against the enemy aces unless its the opening shot and its the SAAM. Two hits downs them with that. Other air to air weapons are only good for breaking off formation or forcing them out of a retreating pattern. Even if you do hit with them you only get so many and it takes two to kill an ace.

@ShadowBaofu SAAM stands for Surface Anti Air Missile which means it's fire from the ground not the air. The weapons your talking about are the XMAA's which are multi-target air to air missiles.

how come you almost never use A2A sp weapons( like XMAAs)

What!! Pops was an enemy! WTF is going on here? Why is he an enemy he was a good guy in ace combat 5. then he got shot down by the Demon lord. man Pops does not know the demon lord only razgriz. Do you know Huckbien is Heart Break one's buddy. then he seemed like he is a bad guy. probably his system that makes him self marked as an Ally is manual functioning. well nice job you took out that Garbacr fool. I really hate Garbarc because they are a pain in the ass to shoot down in ace combat 5.

well I have a fact that the leader of the 8492nd squadron had the same voice as Joshua Bristow from Ace combat zero.

because he is in the coup de'tat forces.

then the 8492 got connected to belka during the unsung war.

probably he fooled all the oseans that he will be good but later on he is bad.

probably Joshua Bristow is the leader of the 8492nd squad later on in 2010.

I think in AC0 if your a mercenary you fight mercenary style aces. The same with Knight and soldier
