I think many people throughout Korea tend to appreciate seoul more b/c of the modern trend and fashion. It would be necessary to value some of the countrish type of places. Bussan isn't exactly dirty. It's just not as modern looking with new buildings. No matter how much they clean some things seems old. I think same goes with china and every other country.
Bussan is my favorite place in Korea, although I have a difficult time understanding what they're saying b/c of their dialect. I think they have the best weather in Korea (I could be wrong).

lMAO... I still can vividly remembere morning scenes in Seoul, smelly black plastic bags piled like hills outside streets. Ps: As if chinese mainlander didn't know how to clean their streets.They even have proffesional street cleaners. Ps: Visit ZhuHai, then you would know where is korean city standard up to... lol All rich japanese and singarporean came to City ZhuHai play golf.

Yeah, but they clean the market streets everynight. Ever been to China? Phew, dirty and smelly! Singapore is the cleanest I think.
