Don't bother with this, just use a player like VLC (it's free and great) paste the URL and hit the Convert/Save command and pick the format (probably H.264 + AAC/MP4) that you want to use. Boom, done, next.

download the latest real player...it's free, but on the downside you can't convert the video to a fromat that works on an IPOD =(

you need to find a flv converter software because flv is a flash video i reccomne d applian but u have to pay for it the trial only lets you convert 90 secs of it
