  • Fabulous video... beautiful. Stunning images here as well. Nice work all around (artistically speaking). :)

  • What a great concept and amazing video.

  • Awesome Idea. Beautiful video! It might take a while but I will probably make one :)

  • Really cool idea, I think I might sit on this for awhile and make a video as well.

  • THANKS ALL.

  • Simply lovely.....came running over after Brian told me to and was pleasantly surprised by this video. I just saw the movie bucket list last night.....weird it was the first vid I watched today!

  • That was so beautiful, touching, and inspiring. A great idea, something I'm going to think about doing myself!

  • Excellent work my friend. Very, very well done... nice photography as well! Cheers, J.

  • Came from Brian's video. Glad your family has this. A friend of mine here did a similar thing a few weeks ago (thechurchofdave. Awesome thing to do.

  • Awesome concept !! Great to have you here at YT.

Nice RIC 360 '64 Reissue ... But I have to ask.. you weren't taking a dump in the weed were you?? and Brian Who ???

  • I do love that guitar, and it is absolutely no coincidence that it's in the video. Nice eye :)

Hilarious - I was actually afraid someone might think that about the meadow shot! No dumps were taken during the making of this video.

  • TO EVERYONE WHO I HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO DIRECTLY: Thank you all for your heart-felt responses. I'm glad you were moved and appreciate the comments.

  • Andy, that was beautiful.

  • Thanks, Cyn. "Song for Evan" (and obviously that whole experience) contributed a lot to the impetus for this.

  • such a great idea. & well done.

a vid response is something i will be doing, not only to share but for my family.

  • This makes me want to do one for my family. This was amazing.. good stuff.

  • OMG. I don't even know you and I am crying here. Beautiful. This was wonderfully done. Thank you for sharing with us. B's friend, Smiley:D

  • Amazing.

  • An amazing video - in its composition, its execution, its imagery, its music and most importantly, its message.

  • This is absolutely incredible. When Brian told me what you were doing I didn't know what to think. Now that I see it though, I get it... and it's brilliant. *****/Faved.

  • Thanks, Joe. I know some people might be turned off by the idea (which is quite understandable), but I thought I'd put it out there anyway for folks it might strike a chord with.

  • Wonderful, thoughtful, beautiful, touching video. I admire your courage. You have a wisdom and an intelligent insight far beyond your years.

  • I see why you two work together.

You're both great at expressing yourselves.

  • This is incredible. Truly. I love the images; are those your photos? You capture something in the eyes every time. This is such a great idea; I'm putting it on my channel right now!!!

  • Thanks. Yes, every frame was shot by me, still and video. I think you and I see the world in much the same way - you specifically mention eyes, which I appreciate because it was one of the things I specifically looked for in going through my collection to choose shots for this. Believe me, it's not something I capture "every time." It just looks like it cuz I squeezed 3 years of photography into 4 minutes (Less, really.)

  • Amazing!

  • Video response coming sometime soon ... if my business partner will allow me the time.

  • Ah...tell him to shove off.
