mine does grow but at some point it looks like my nails just stop growing, sounds weird i know haha..

i also heard a lot of people saying something about a certain nail polish that helps your nails grow faster, but i'm from holland and those brands and all, we dont have them here in holland.. so do you maybe have a tip or something? i would really appreciate if you would response.. and i'm sorry if my english isn't so good haha

@MoonAndSun001 She actually has a vid where she talks about some of her nail polishes. If you know the product name, which she mentions at the beginning of each video, you can probably find them anywhere, like CVS, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, etc. I know that I've found lots of Sally Hansen, Wet & Wild ($1 each), and more at Wal-Mart. You can find some good-priced "packs" on Ebay. There's also e.l.f (eyeslipsface dt com) which has everything at low prices (polish is $3 a bottle or so).

Hey, I'm having some issues with having coats completely dry. When I get halfway down a bottle of polish, I have problems with it thickening and that gives me trouble with giving a nice, clean coat, which also keeps me from having them dry. My clear topcoat is new, and it's giving me problems each day I refresh the coat (for growth). Any ideas on getting a perfect dry coat?

@LakeofGlass Thick polish can be thinned using lacquer thinner available at beauty supply stores. For a fast dry top coat that will also dry up the layers below, I use Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti-Chip Top Coat (the one in the red bottle). It doesn't have toluene (fumes causing liver damage) like Seche Vite fast dry and also it doesn't pull the polish at the tips. Good luck!

@DesertNails Oh, thanks SO much. Raquel told me about the polish thinner but I didn't know Sally Hansen had a fast drying top coat. I use a lot of Sally Hansen nail products so that's perfect, which I buy at Wal-mart a lot, so hopefully it's there too. I think I have the thickening base coat from SH also. I don't believe there's a SH product I don't like.

@DesertNails I finally got my hands on the Insta-Dri from Sally Hansen. I never knew I could be so in love with a top coat. I had a couple dots that were a bit thick, and took longer to dry, but in just a couple hours even those were so try, I thought I scraped them by accident, yet they were stone-dry. Now if i could just master the left hand in painting. I'm an artist, but I can't just switch lol.

@BitetheCake Keeping paint with a good topcoat is what does it. She uses lots of strengthening and thickening base coats. I think she alternates those with each base. The topcoats are also very important. With the color bases, coats near the tips, and the topcoats, she ensures she paints over the edge to give a nice protective barrier to outside elements. During cleanings, I think in one video she mentioned using olive oil and lotions to moisturize.
