We don't have to take away every resource we have in order to help Africa. We can send whatever we don't necessarily need. By the way, we don't have to create a whatever amount of money airplane to carry that...we already have airplanes. It might cost more money for fuel and whatever, but your reaction is a bit...over the top.

@ricardjorg remember the water doesn't get sucked in as fast as it comes out because the nozzle on the jetpack is much much tighter than the intake, imagine your vacuum cleaner, give it a tight nozzle and it sucks your skin off your flesh, give it a nozzle about the diameter of a ... lets say about head sized, and suddenly it takes the air/water in at a much slower speed while still maintaining the same throughput. fish can easily escape this mild current.. except for one or 2 stupid ones
