This is mis-information!! Jan believes what she is saying but the fact is that you Cannot interpret movements without BASELINING someone or undertanding their normal behavior. Just like a lie detector asks questions at begining of pollygraph to establish a Baseline, then the polygraph shows heart rate spike etc during specific questions indicating stress. Each person does things differently and that is their NORM and its when they deviate from that which May be an indicator of lying!
