@FireBomberBassist Lol.. You must've not seen any good battlemages on DFO then.. And It only seems fast when 2 battlemages fight each other. They zoom around like crazy trying to catch each other for combos.

Level 25 is where Battle Mage becomes usable...

How you play Battle Mage is all pure skills, remembering every property of every attacks, and committing to lots of situational combos... Also, Battle Mages builds are solely based on what chasers you give them... More different chasers mean more random property attacks to possibly screw your combo, but easier to generate chasers and vice versa...

you don't really need either mastery

they only increase damage, which makes it harder to pull off some of the longer combos because of PvP's weird free hitrecov system

the more combos u do, the more damage you get done, plus if u do a lot of combos on a person, it more a psyche out to them and basically comdemns them to a loss. When they fear you their movements become different focusing more on evasion rather than attacking. Most times when you're on the run you have practically lost the match. Doing string combos is more than just being showy. It's all about mind games as well. Damage isnt the only important thing. You have to learn how to mess with the mind

@SujinKroners most classes in dfo dont have long combos, its only about short combos that do alot of damage, because of the gay damage system thats imbedded in dfo, basicly makes all combos non existent.. except if you use like low level weapons, and I agree with most of what you're saying and you're totally ignoring my point, I never said combos are bad.. I said short combos are better than trying to get long combos that dont even work, plus running doesnt mean u lose.. mechs run and win

@donydony1231 Bullsht. You can do a long chain combo if you are good enough on any class. It's called resetting and ground scraping. You can easily do a 10-20+ Hit combo if you know how.

@shqk2004 Summoners can't get that high in PvP due to resetting and lack of proper juggling skills, but in PvE my summoner got over 200 hit combo by herself. Juggle on a wall with WU -> XX -> WU -> XX (repeat). Make sure you walk backward after your first attack and backstep after WU or you'll be too close and bounce the foe off the wall, which will end the combo prematurely.

Also, using a summoner in PvP = lol. No good defence and really easy to break their offence. Just go Elemental.

@jrnoobzero not till lvl 25 your stuck with one chaser way to get whitch is 3 hits kinda suck allot lvl 25 you get 2 more chaser way better XD so it like asura slow at first but kickass at the end
