How did you cut it into clips? I can only do it once.

If you use Windows Movie Maker you can click on the clip and drag it to make smaller clips. Or use Edit>Split to divide it into different clips.

Umbreon is the coolest of all the eeveelutions and all the others are cool except for Glaceon because that thing is ugly (Not to be offensive cause I like Ice type pokemon). And Leafeon is kinda ugly but not as ugly. (Once again not to be offensive because grass type pokemon are cool)
