His diet was............

Breakfast ...20 eggwhite omlette, no fat, butter etc

Lunch...2 Chicken Breasts, 2 cups of rice and four plates of salad with balsamic vinegar, Back then i thought, what the fu=k is that.

Dinner was exactly the same..

And 2 days in a row.

He was HUGE!!!!!!!!

And i remember...

146 KGs @10% Body fat.
