2 things one if you want to keep playing 3rd person you might want to hit ~ and enter "fov 80" or 95 so you can see more.

Also if the carry weight thing bugs you as much as it bugs me you can enter "player.setav carryweight 50000" or some other high number to get rid of the annoying carry restrictions. Your veiwership may complain about that though
