Going with a Fast intake manifold will show you really good numbers depending on what you are going for. The LS6 intake manifold shows good gains for the price. The LS6 intake manifold pulled from a Vette or a CTS V has no emissions fittings for EGR. The SLP LS6 intake does. That's the main difference.
I ground down the fins that were in the way of the coolant lines, you dont need to grind the entire bottom.... It wasnt too bad to do and everything fit well afterwards.
It was pretty simple. You just have to be careful of the Oil Pressure Sensor at the rear of the manifold, it breaks pretty easily. I would order one in advance. As far as a difference goes, yes I did notice a difference. If pulls a little more all around and even more up top.
Sounds like shit nice 4 seconds to turn over my Super Charged Trans Am would eat that piece of shit up

Did you grind the bottom of the intake or did you install the coolant crossover?
