  • Is a Great Show ! I Love it !!

  • Pause at 3:32. I'm that kid next to Ismay (the guy with the 'stache). This was 2006, and I was 12. I'm now 17, and 5'11".

  • In this production, "Bride" is singing the beginning solo.

I'm not sure about the original production.

  • @bpcham Bride also sings it in the original.

  • the solo in the beginning is barrett

  • Brilliant. I love this musical. Looking forward to doing it all again in 2012

  • Oh God. This song sounds brutal to sing. Looks like I'm going to be losing my voice after every rehearsal for this show next year- it's my school musical.

  • we're (eaglecrest high school) doing this show right now it opens this thursday!!!

  • NKU just did this play last semester. The ending was so beautiful how they did it. I have not seen its equal.

  • Gives me chills :( i miss being in this at our theatre. I'm so sad that it's not on the west end at all. Such a shame.

But this performance is amazing. Great job guys!

  • is this a production of a theatre?

  • R.I.P. Milvina Dean, last surviving member of that faitful voyage

  • my school did this show. it was amazing!! i miss it!!! nd i cried EVERY single night at the lifeboat and we'll meet tomorrow.

  • I was in our high school's production of this. I played Isidor Strauss. Good times, man...

  • This is really good. Do you have the Opening from "Get me Aboard" to Farewell Titanic? and "The Latest Rag"

  • I saw this live! Twice! I'm friends with Larry Westlake, so that's how I found out about it. It was my first time hearing/seeing anything regarding Titanic the musical and you guys did an awesome job (Titanic has subsequently become one of my favourite musicals). Thanks for posting!

  • There are 3 Kate's. The first one is a bit older, but the other 2 could be played by a younger girl. We were 24, 22, and 16. Depends on the director. But go for it! The music is brilliant.

It still gives me goosebumps to see us, and to hear it.

    Thanks for posting it!!

    Andy "Kate McGowan"

  • are there any parts for teenage girls? im 14, but i look old for my age and im wondering what part i should audition for.

  • The vocals in this were well done. I did this show in Concord and when the curtain opened all of the people who died were on the deck of the ship and singing ghostly. It was incredible.

  • I'm singing this fro my musical theater class and it sounds great, and so does this!

  • I definitely think the first solo is one of the most beautiful I've heard ever. Love his voice. The rest was really good too!

  • I agree...gave me the chills. I just kept replaying his solo over and over again. lol

  • the begining is so haunting, i love it! its a fantastic musical

  • God I love that show. The music is georguse and "Godspeed Titanic(reprise)" has possiably the most hauntingly beautieful harmonies in the history of musical theater.

  • this is my favorite scence of all time

in the production im currently doing they have all of the names of the people that died and we accuatly had one of the desents of some one who was on the titanic come to see it.

  • Is that your own orchestra..good! I like the flute

  • i'm the bellboy

  • Okay I am Etches in this play right now does anyone know how the hell he got on the Carpathia when he never left Titanic?

  • He went down with the Titanic but he was one of the lucky ones to be pulled out of the water. Just before this song starts they all say a little something. This is were Etches mentions about being saved.

  • Yeah, we were wondering about etches and bride, they're the magical survivors of Titanic, but yes several people were saved out of the water, I guess he was truly lucky

and uwoy2a - is that cody?

  • Nope my name is Adam. We are after all killing off Etches so oh well at least I can get to do the creepy floating city thing at the end.

  • Etches doesn't mention anything about being saved and Bride gets on a lifeboat.

  • I played Harold Bride last fall and it bothered me that no explanation was given how Bride got off the ship. On opening night it dawned on me how to do it. I was all ready to go on for the ending, but I ran upstairs to the backstage bathroom and wet my hair. It was perfect! People were saying that just seeing that was how they knew that he was not on the lifeboats, but had been pulled from the water. It's amazing how the simplest things can add the most!

  • He's the son of an elderly couple. They are foreigners and he represents the freedom of movement; all the children's souls lost and forgotten in Titanic's history

  • No he's Jack Thayer the son of a middle-aged couple, John and Marion. He's running around because he's excited and his dad gave him a boat as a gift. There's a whole thing in the show where John, the dad, gives Jack, his son, this boat at the start. In "To the Lifeboats" Jack gives it back to his dad. Then when the dead and alive come together John gives the boat back to Jack. Oh and the Thayers are American.

  • ok so i know i havn't ever seen the show and never heard the music but so far i have seen two videos... and could someone tell me what the heck is with the little boy who runs out and holds up the boat each time?!! whats its purpose????

  • He's the son of John and Marian Thayer. John Thayer was the Vice-President of the Pennsylvania railroad, one of the American millionaires on board.

Always amused by the fact that Jack is portrayed as a little boy even though he was 17 at the time of the sinking...and never got into a lifeboat with his mother. Ah, well. Creative licence, and all that.

  • Bride has a nice voice.

  • Such fond memories of a great cast and a great show...Godspeed everyone.

  • Amazing... really just perfect.

  • Scotty Newlands. I met him last summer we're both in the reserves. He's army, I'm navy. Just saw him today actually. We performed together at the Steelback Grand Prix of Toronto. I was in the mass military band and he sang the national anthem. He's a really nice guy.

  • The finale always makes me cry. Beautiful.

  • I really enjoyed the show. You must be a "Titanic" fan? I'll post some more soon.
