Americans must wake up on Nov-4-2008. Yes, it is true Obama has made mistakes and voting in favor of FISA in July-9-2008 and supporting S 1959 IS CRAZY! However, we need to vote for Obama because we know Nader and the third party people just won't win as such it comes down to OBAMA and MCCAIN. Now think about it? Do you trust McCain? Know this he has voted in favor of all civil rights ending bills that are now law. Remember, McCain voted for EVERYONE!

Hey triton609, how do the rich steal from you? Many rich people are also the most charitable. Instead of begrudging their wealth, why don't you aspire to a higher income level, job, education, etc.?
many rich people are complete douchebags and assholes and would steal if their lawyers gave them the go ahead. don't make me fucking sick.
i would never aspire to that. education, sure, a good job, ok, but riches don't follow that route. luck, inheritance, and evil are the oldest and best known ways to riches. don't make me wretch!
and giving 20,000.00 to charity but keeping the other 20 million to yourself is a joke.. there's no christian excuse for wealth.
I love Obama. He Can raise taxes on the rich people who steal all our money. I hate people who have it better than I do and that is why I will always vote democrat!
The best part of this stupidity is that raising taxes, ESPECIALLY on the rich, reduces the overall total tax revenue, leaving less tax money to service the people who didn't want to work as hard. The rich are already taxed at a much higher rate than the middle and lower classes in this country, and the lower end of the bracket, who may no tax, still get to vote on how much tax the rich have to pay.
but rich people still have more freedom, more health care, more options.

watch your freedoms go bye bye if you do. But I am not worried because not one persons vote in the US matters and has not mattered since bush jr first got in office.
Tell me more about this bill that Senator Obama is voting for? I am very much against the Patriot Act and anything worse is frightening. Although, he may have voted in that direction to be tough on terror for the election purposes only.
It's called the Homegrown Terrorism and Violent Radicalization Act. Basically it says that if you say something that incites "terrorism" by somebody else that you are equally prosecutable as a terrorist. So, if I say Bush is a criminal liar and somebody decides based on what I said to engage in civil disobedience both acts could be interpreted as terrorism and off to gitmo we go. I need to do a video about this. He was supporting it, but he should try to kill it, not just ignore it.
I'm not sure. The Senate hasn't voted on it but it passed the House overwhelmingly (404 ayes) which means they're presenting it as non controversial. That's the worst part. I'll try to get more details and make a whole video on it because it needs to be dissected.
Also, when I looked up the Senate bill on Thomas, it seemed to only have one co-sponsor, and he is Republican Norm Coleman. The person actually putting the bill forward is also a Republican, Susan Collins.
You should read the whole bill. I should do a video on it. On Obama's position, it's something I had read so before I did this video since I knew I wanted to say it I looked for varification and there were several news outlets who listed him as a supporter of the Senate version. I might have save some links or maybe I can find them again for you. Try to Google Obama S 1959.
"Currently, a nearly identical version of the bill awaits a vote in the Senate's Committee on Homeland Security, where it has a supporter in chair Joseph Lieberman. Committee member Barack Obama has gone on record as being undecided on the bill (after an earlier email to constituents that seemed to indicate support)"--Mother Jones Magazine, "Don't Even Think About It," January 23, 2008.
He should be fighting against it so if he would just come out and do that there'd be no question of him supporting it. I'd believe it if he took the high road.
I'm just surprised that only six members of the House voted against it. Usually with these kinds of bills, they pass but with a strong minority against the bill, the Congressional Progressive Caucus organizes against that stuff. Look at the telecom immunity bill, the Caucus organized against that. I just want to read the actual bill...sometimes people get worked up cos they are told this and that. I just want to see for myself, you know. No offense or anything. :-)
I think I have a hard-copy of the Mother Jones magazine that the aforementioned article is in. I will look it up.
My home state senator, Claire McCaskill, is on that committee, I believe. I need to read the actual bill, and that article, and I may write to her about it.
Definitely do. I meant to do a video a while back but it's still not about to be killed or anything so I should just do the video now. It's a big issue.
The bill you referred to does have this clause in it:
`SEC. 899F. PROTECTING CIVIL RIGHTS AND CIVIL LIBERTIES WHILE PREVENTING IDEOLOGICALLY-BASED VIOLENCE AND HOMEGROWN TERRORISM.
`(a) In General- The Department of Homeland Security's efforts to prevent ideologically-based violence and homegrown terrorism as described herein shall not violate the constitutional rights, civil rights, and civil liberties of United States citizens and lawful permanent residents.
Thanks. CFR is Council on Foreign Relations. Its a group that is believed to pretty much pick the US leaders. They support a lot of scary things that ultimately lead to one world government and a reduction of personal liberty. Here's a video that I just found. (there are many by the way) watch?v=Vo5CZvD3-QM
Thanks, I had googled CFR and had pretty much figured it out but didn't see Obama's name mentioned in the prominent figures listed on the website. Thanks for the video. By the way, now that both of your favored candidates are out of race, who are you supporting?
I'm hoping that Nader gets into it. Living in a totally blue state, I don't have to worry about it going to the republicans so I will either vote for Nader or write in Kucinich as a protest vote. If it looks like Ron Paul has a snowball's chance in hell, I will vote for him. He might stay in it till the end.
"...more important to be true to your beliefs than playing the bs political game...". I agree. In accordance with that, you should vote for who you want to be president, regardless of whether or not you think they have a snowball's chance in hell. Voting for someone else because you don't want brand X to win is the cowardly way to go. If everyone votes for who they really want, perhaps some real change can occur. Kucinich at least voted against hr1955, but I am for Ron Paul personally.
"The Council on Foreign Relations is the American branch of a society which originated in England (RIIA) and believes national boundaries should be obliterated and one-world rule established. The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole..."
"...This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences." --Dr. Carroll Quigley, the CFR's official historian, mentor of Bill Clinton, and author of "Tragedy and Hope"
What are the issues that you disagree with as far as RON PAUL? I love dennis too and dont see a big difference between the 2 but Ron is my dude. Please reply I cant see why you would not vote for Ron Paul if Dennis is not in it.
I think that the federal government should use it's power to ensure human rights for every citizen. We should change the constitution to decide where state's rights are iron clad and where the federal gov. steps in. I'm also in favor of the government providing a minimal standard of living for everyone meaning that anybody without health care can get medicaid, anybody who needs them can get food stamps etc.
Well I cant fault you for wanting that it sounds good. If we were a rich nation we could maybe afford these things. Although in that system the goverment still has the power over the people. People should control the goverment so it works on their behalf not the other way around or they lose their way and get power hungry
Well, I think we are a rich nation. Also, I don't think it's as easy to control the populous as others seem to. That's how they do control us at this point, they make us think they can. And we let them. When they funnel money from the treasury and wiretap activists we should be in the street letting them know that we're not going to allow it. Kindness isn't the only reason for the elites to take care of people. It keeps us from wanting to kill them.
there will be a (r) next to my name however I hope Obama give Hillary hell! nothing like seeing liberal Democrats become what they fear being the most looking like a racist or throwing sand in the black man face. I seen Obama in NH and he talks the good talk for the base. Me: I gotta keep it WASPY with Romney, lol
Romney? Who became governor of MA by pretending to be liberal and then coming out and saying "Haha, just kidding, I'm against everything that state stands for". I don't know who should hate him more the people of Massachusetts or honest conservatives...
I'm German, but I lived in Massachussetts between June 2001 and June '07. Now I'm back in Germany for university, but I remember Romney was a jerk. And he pretended to be (somewhat) liberal.
But he's not winning, anyway. The conervative coalition seems to have broken up, and Rommney has to share the establishment with Julie Annie, Evangelicals with Huckabee, the hawks support McCain and the libertarians and personal freedom folks have gotten behind RP. Odd, by that logic, Rommney should win because he has part of two groups, which is more than the others have. But I guess the activists are more important, which is why Huckabee and Paul are doing so well.
I have a felling that that bill dont pertain to you however I love Ron Paul however I'm not on that anti-war. The two best Democrat preidental hopefuls: Huckebee and McCain uggh..
Haha, like what? None want to end the war, except Ron Paul. None want anything approaching universal health care. If they seem like democrats, that's only because some democrats are becoming more and more conservative.
Not supporting school choice, Illegal Immigration, trashing the Bush tax cuts. None of the Dems are going to end the war and only Hillary is talking Hillarycare.
Exactly: The only Democrat with balls is Kucinich. But that just means the other Dems are becoming conservative. As far as tax cuts go, they cost a lot of money. And liberals actualky have no reason not to support school choice.
True. To him, it's a dead document written by only one side of the debate over federalism.
To me, it's a living document, meant to change prudently, and I can see the balance of a federal system. It's about majority rule while protecting the minority.
I enjoyed your video and agree with you about Kucinich being a pretty good pick. I know that he was one of the first to come out against the war in Iraq before the invasion, not after. My major problem with him is his lack of knowledge, or apparent knowledge of economic policy and no plan to address it. Also, his universal health care is not something the country can afford, even if we do stop the war and bring every troop home from every country, we are too far in debt.
Kucinich's plan for health care will SAVE us money.
1. Without insurance company profits and overhead, and by negotiating drug prices and cutting red tape (multiple places to bill, etc.), we will save more than it costs to cover everyone not covered now.
2. It will bring some manufacturing jobs back to the U.S. -- especially car makers.
3. A healthy populace learns better, works better and commits less crime.
4. Fewer bankruptcies, since most are medical-bill-related.
Yes, it might save us money but not enough. Just behind our military expense is health and human services (SS,Medicare). Rolling back tax cuts won't cover the cost. But I'm all for getting rid of the insurance part of our health care system because, in my eyes, that's the real problem.
You're wrong on that count, Dennis K knows very well how to handle the economy. He part-predicted the mortgage meltdown, he was against the China trade bill (which ended up causing dangerous products to be imported from China). The economy is not that difficult for someone who cares to understand. It's what you do with the knowledge that's the problem.
I'm not an Obama supporter. Did you listen to anything I said in this video?
I'm in the streets quite a bit--about voting machines and a hell of a lot of other issues. And yes, my emotions are important to me and they do play a part in my decision making process though they are not the sole factor, hence although I was moved by his speech OBAMA IS NOT EVEN IN MY TOP 3.
HILARY!,HILARY!,HILARY! you got my ASIAN vote...Bill was president for 8years and USA was 13trilion above deficit. AND Now the canadian dollar is higher(Stupid Bush)???? Now "Who" was there influencing her hubby... That's right Hillary, for 8 years and even before that(since they met)...Do you bunch of assholes even care for you're country.!!!! ???Why are you really voting, if OBAMA wasn't black would you vote for him...????sexist assholes, why gang-up on a girl, bunch of scared clowns...
In case the YouTube fairies are paying attention, I don't think this is spam. (I don't agree with it but spam it is not.)
So yeah and flipside0025...I'm not an Obama supporter and I don't want Hillary because of her votes and policy positions not her gender. It would be nice to vote for a woman or a person of color but it won't happen for me until I see somebody running who represents my political positions, not just my sex.
Obama is tied in with the Jewish lobby too. Watch out!
The only sane person is Ron Paul. If we don't get Dr. Paul in office 2009 the American economy will collapse within 1-2 yrs. I like Dennis a lot, and so does Dr. Paul. But Ron Paul is our true last hope........
Well, I wouldn't say he's our LAST hope, but he has a much better chance of getting his party's nomination because nobody on the Republican side can cover all the crucial ideological bases therefore there is no clear front runner. That gives him a window that doesn't exist for Kucinich.
Surprising, considering the reaction to my Gulf of Tonkin 2 response. I'm all ready to block, parry, and lay down scathing truth, but you took care of it. xD
Oh my god...Astral Weeks is truly a spiritual experience. Can you believe he recorded that in 2 days!?! Damn. Even though I just listened to it, talking about it makes me feel like I NEED to put it back on RIGHT NOW! I'm sure you know what I mean. I highly recommend it to anybody who's not familiar with it. (for clarity--Van Morrison, Astral Weeks, 1968)
Are you referring to Hillary? I don't think her experience is nearly as solid as Biden's. Sorry.
I hate bush now and I felt the same way in 2000. You don't have to tell me about the dangers of dynastic establishment candidates (like Hillary). I'm not hoping for an Obama presidency unless he starts to look a hell of a lot more progressive.
obama's a good bullshit artist....he wants to keep in iraq past 2013, he wants to add 100,000, he doesnt have a problem invading iran and pakistan, and after what i just learned from you... i dont give a damn what color he is freekin DANGEROUS!!!!!!!!
I know what you mean...I really wish the woman, the African American and the Mexican American acted like they had some concept of what oppression really looks like it but they don't. I would love to vote for people with their superficial characteristics...it's too bad their policies suck.
obama can make a hell of a speech. i've seen him twice, and everytime he reminds me of martin luther king. but then, i think about what he says...i remind myself of all the corporate money he receives *wincing*
i cry everytime kucinich speaks. god, he's so sexy. seriously. :)
Obama can make some speeches even if its for the base, Bill and CO. hates it because he can get away with being a Liberal so blatantly however no matter what I'm still keeping its GOP.
politics IS conspiracy

Like your clarity of thoughts! Excuse me, but what is CFR....?
kashwan 4 years ago
CitizenWorm 4 years ago
Thanks, I had googled CFR and had pretty much figured it out but didn't see Obama's name mentioned in the prominent figures listed on the website. Thanks for the video. By the way, now that both of your favored candidates are out of race, who are you supporting?
kashwan 4 years ago
I'm hoping that Nader gets into it. Living in a totally blue state, I don't have to worry about it going to the republicans so I will either vote for Nader or write in Kucinich as a protest vote. If it looks like Ron Paul has a snowball's chance in hell, I will vote for him. He might stay in it till the end.
CitizenWorm 4 years ago

The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole..."
sunnygirl213 4 years ago
"...This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences." --Dr. Carroll Quigley, the CFR's official historian, mentor of Bill Clinton, and author of "Tragedy and Hope"

What are the issues that you disagree with as far as RON PAUL? I love dennis too and dont see a big difference between the 2 but Ron is my dude. Please reply I cant see why you would not vote for Ron Paul if Dennis is not in it.
skyliquid2003 4 years ago
I think that the federal government should use it's power to ensure human rights for every citizen. We should change the constitution to decide where state's rights are iron clad and where the federal gov. steps in. I'm also in favor of the government providing a minimal standard of living for everyone meaning that anybody without health care can get medicaid, anybody who needs them can get food stamps etc.
CitizenWorm 4 years ago
Well I cant fault you for wanting that it sounds good. If we were a rich nation we could maybe afford these things. Although in that system the goverment still has the power over the people. People should control the goverment so it works on their behalf not the other way around or they lose their way and get power hungry
skyliquid2003 4 years ago
Well, I think we are a rich nation. Also, I don't think it's as easy to control the populous as others seem to. That's how they do control us at this point, they make us think they can. And we let them. When they funnel money from the treasury and wiretap activists we should be in the street letting them know that we're not going to allow it. Kindness isn't the only reason for the elites to take care of people. It keeps us from wanting to kill them.
CitizenWorm 4 years ago
I am a Kucinch supporter too! He wants peace and loves all people.
And yes.. i have committed thought crimes.. and Obama is a bought politician. Both Hillary and Obama are warmongers.
short and sweet.. LOL... ROTFL... crying too.

I don't think we're ready for a white president.
brentalfloss 4 years ago 2
there will be a (r) next to my name however I hope Obama give Hillary hell! nothing like seeing liberal Democrats become what they fear being the most looking like a racist or throwing sand in the black man face. I seen Obama in NH and he talks the good talk for the base. Me: I gotta keep it WASPY with Romney, lol
rileymayhem20 4 years ago
Romney? Who became governor of MA by pretending to be liberal and then coming out and saying "Haha, just kidding, I'm against everything that state stands for". I don't know who should hate him more the people of Massachusetts or honest conservatives...
Brandt761 4 years ago
I live in Mass, and I think we win in the hate-Romney contest. Or lose. Depends on how you look at it.
But we voted for him. And he hadn't even officially lived in Massachusetts before that election year.
(I didn't vote for him, for the record.)
jwlvs 4 years ago
I'm German, but I lived in Massachussetts between June 2001 and June '07. Now I'm back in Germany for university, but I remember Romney was a jerk. And he pretended to be (somewhat) liberal.
Brandt761 4 years ago
But he's not winning, anyway. The conervative coalition seems to have broken up, and Rommney has to share the establishment with Julie Annie, Evangelicals with Huckabee, the hawks support McCain and the libertarians and personal freedom folks have gotten behind RP. Odd, by that logic, Rommney should win because he has part of two groups, which is more than the others have. But I guess the activists are more important, which is why Huckabee and Paul are doing so well.
Brandt761 4 years ago
Its MASS, you cant be a balls to the wall Conservative and win a election! get real.
rileymayhem20 4 years ago
So? Then you won't get elected, just don't be a little pussie and lie!
Brandt761 4 years ago
I have a felling that that bill dont pertain to you however I love Ron Paul however I'm not on that anti-war. The two best Democrat preidental hopefuls: Huckebee and McCain uggh..
rileymayhem20 4 years ago
Uh, those are Republican hopefuls...
Brandt761 4 years ago
Listen to them talk, they have some very Democrat ideas. Liberals in Republican clothen.
rileymayhem20 4 years ago
Haha, like what? None want to end the war, except Ron Paul. None want anything approaching universal health care. If they seem like democrats, that's only because some democrats are becoming more and more conservative.
Brandt761 4 years ago
Not supporting school choice, Illegal Immigration, trashing the Bush tax cuts. None of the Dems are going to end the war and only Hillary is talking Hillarycare.
rileymayhem20 4 years ago
Exactly: The only Democrat with balls is Kucinich. But that just means the other Dems are becoming conservative. As far as tax cuts go, they cost a lot of money. And liberals actualky have no reason not to support school choice.
Brandt761 4 years ago 2
To Ron Paul, though, the constitution is something that it isn't to most people.
Brandt761 4 years ago
True. To him, it's a dead document written by only one side of the debate over federalism.
To me, it's a living document, meant to change prudently, and I can see the balance of a federal system. It's about majority rule while protecting the minority.
jwlvs 4 years ago
I enjoyed your video and agree with you about Kucinich being a pretty good pick. I know that he was one of the first to come out against the war in Iraq before the invasion, not after. My major problem with him is his lack of knowledge, or apparent knowledge of economic policy and no plan to address it. Also, his universal health care is not something the country can afford, even if we do stop the war and bring every troop home from every country, we are too far in debt.
Boomer1949 4 years ago
Kucinich's plan for health care will SAVE us money.
1. Without insurance company profits and overhead, and by negotiating drug prices and cutting red tape (multiple places to bill, etc.), we will save more than it costs to cover everyone not covered now.
2. It will bring some manufacturing jobs back to the U.S. -- especially car makers.
3. A healthy populace learns better, works better and commits less crime.
4. Fewer bankruptcies, since most are medical-bill-related.
jwlvs 4 years ago
Yes, it might save us money but not enough. Just behind our military expense is health and human services (SS,Medicare). Rolling back tax cuts won't cover the cost. But I'm all for getting rid of the insurance part of our health care system because, in my eyes, that's the real problem.
Boomer1949 4 years ago
But that's the whole point of K's plan. And when I mean it will save us money, I mean we will pay less than we pay now and get more.
But because insurance companies make so much money, no other candidate will acknowledge this.
jwlvs 4 years ago
You're wrong on that count, Dennis K knows very well how to handle the economy. He part-predicted the mortgage meltdown, he was against the China trade bill (which ended up causing dangerous products to be imported from China). The economy is not that difficult for someone who cares to understand. It's what you do with the knowledge that's the problem.
Brandt761 4 years ago
Obama makes me cry too. Probably for a different reason.
disappointedvoter 4 years ago
Well that's what it's all about isn't it, you and your emotions.
I'd like to know why you Obama supporters aren't in the streets complaining about being cheated by the obvious voting machine fraud.
ghawk1232 4 years ago

???Why are you really voting, if OBAMA wasn't black would you vote for him...????sexist assholes, why gang-up on a girl, bunch of scared clowns...
flipside0025 4 years ago

FredFredrik 4 years ago
Well, I wouldn't say he's our LAST hope, but he has a much better chance of getting his party's nomination because nobody on the Republican side can cover all the crucial ideological bases therefore there is no clear front runner. That gives him a window that doesn't exist for Kucinich.
CitizenWorm 4 years ago
YES!! Thank You.
I got nothin to argue about.
Surprising, considering the reaction to my Gulf of Tonkin 2 response. I'm all ready to block, parry, and lay down scathing truth, but you took care of it. xD
Excellent video

Oh my god...Astral Weeks is truly a spiritual experience. Can you believe he recorded that in 2 days!?! Damn. Even though I just listened to it, talking about it makes me feel like I NEED to put it back on RIGHT NOW! I'm sure you know what I mean. I highly recommend it to anybody who's not familiar with it. Deibold gave that office to Bush...not voters.
dnHooligan 4 years ago
Well, the Supreme Court gave it to him in 2000; Diebold in 2004.
jwlvs 4 years ago

CitizenWorm 4 years ago
obama can make a hell of a speech. i've seen him twice, and everytime he reminds me of martin luther king. but then, i think about what he says...i remind myself of all the corporate money he receives *wincing*
i cry everytime kucinich speaks. god, he's so sexy. seriously. :)
sweet video. keep it up!

Obama can make some speeches even if its for the base, Bill and CO. hates it because he can get away with being a Liberal so blatantly however no matter what I'm still keeping its GOP.
