The best part of this stupidity is that raising taxes, ESPECIALLY on the rich, reduces the overall total tax revenue, leaving less tax money to service the people who didn't want to work as hard. It's called the Homegrown Terrorism and Violent Radicalization Act. Basically it says that if you say something that incites "terrorism" by somebody else that you are equally prosecutable as a terrorist. So, if I say Bush is a criminal liar and somebody decides based on what I said to engage in civil disobedience both acts could be interpreted as terrorism and off to gitmo we go. Usually with these kinds of bills, they pass but with a strong minority against the bill, the Congressional Progressive Caucus organizes against that stuff. We should change the constitution to decide where state's rights are iron clad and where the federal gov. steps in.
