Starting at 1:19--most paintings are by Bouguereau--he was amazing and I have numerous replicas of his in my home including the one at 2:10. There's also some by Waterhouse (English)--he's one of my favorites as well--I have 'the Mermaid' in my dining room..
Now to the music by Tan Dun and Yo-Yo MA--absolutely beautiful and heartbreaking--Perfect example of East meets West! Probably my favorite 'modern' Classic...
