that's what im trying to defend. i don't like carleen's image be stained just because of what flypers09 has posted here. we all do have a freedom of expression but it comes with a great responsibility. we must have to be sure that what we express are facts and not just fictions.

i understand you. we have various ways to be pleased and maybe conflicting. but focusing on the pageant alone, particularly the Q & A, it may be a common trait of asians but "for me" i cannot find the other candidates answers better than carleen's. i find their answers shallow. but anyway,,, we really have different ways and strategies of discrimination. i just don't like how flypers09 defend her candidate to the point of making up stories about carleen which are baseless and untrue.

i've got 2 defend flyffers09 bec. she is right at some points. Carleen may be smart or whatever that you are affilliated to her but i dont think she deserved the crown. I really comprehend very well her answers during the top 5..She mentions resiliency as a unique traits to bohol. Well if u search books or the web, resilency is common among all asians....when u mean unique, it must not be considered universal which i thought the miss bohol winner got very wrong answer. the judges need to think.

I am so disappointed with Miss Bohol Int'l 2009 & TBTK 2009 in general. I'm not talking about the winner Carleen Yap - she is worthy of the crown. I'm talking about the whole pageant. What in the world is their bloody production number??? It doesn't represent Bohol in any way. It doesn't even highlight the beauty of the contestants. Not appealing at all! And who is the host??? Who is the organizer of the pageant? TBTK only happens every 3yrs, at least make the most out of it! Disappointing!

Im an american..from illinois actually who watch the show..and i think the girl yap dont deserve to win..I agree with flyffers09,there were lot of the candidate who deserved to be on top 5..Filipinas are hot though but i dont see shape with yap..she is just like stick who is walking at a goddamn wrecked stage. Maybe her answers are acceptable..well, resiliency is not a unique trait to boholanos though but to all asians..which means the judges got to comprehend some answers well.
