The only supplment that works is MSM, if you take the pills it makes your nails and hair grow, but all your body hair, arm legs and just everywhere, take it for a month and you'll see. Its a natural sulfur. Now I just use the MSM powder, in a spray bottle with grapeseed oil and water, you get about .5 to .75 inch extra on you normal growth.
For me, my mother and sisters the extra growth was per month, MSM is a natural sulfur, the hair stand is partly consist of sulfur and its pretty cheap to buy. ** If you look at the ingredients of Aphogee hair growth pills 2 natural sulfurs and biotin have the most miligrams.
but u r right about the msm. i did some research a while back and msm is the drug that lengthens ur growth time over ur shedding time. but i wasn't aware that it makes your hair grow faster
dont throw away your hair scarves, I rinse mine with shampoo real quick in the sink if I forget to put in the washer. Then I let it dry in my shower, and by that night, its dry for me to put on my head again.
that is so true about the supplements its not healthy its much better to just eat properly, drink water, take the regular multi- vitamines daily and use good products your hair can benefit from..
same as natural. but basically its just moisturization and caring for your ends. i stil flatiron my hair because i like the shiny smooth flowy look and with a relaxer i just dont fill the need to constantly touch up my edges. if you have more detailed questions dont hesitate to email me
i totally agree. i try to explain through emails and stuff to ppl that the most i've seen is a better feel or texture but i stopped using them because i heard that they can hurt ur kidneys due to too much protein that is unneeded. at least thats what i think it was ;p but either way, vitamins are good but i dont think they'll make ur hair any longer.

it really dried out my hair to the point that it actually hardened. i had to worry about breakage just to rinse it out and it softened up during conditioning but i just felt more comfortable with a shampoo that didn't dry out my hair so much. it even made it dry and crunchy after prepooing so i went back to my profectiv
That's interesting about the conditioning scarf. I don't know if you've heard of Triple Gro, but I think they have a similar type of scarf. I've seen it in Sally's, but I've never purchased it. Not sure if it works, but now I may give it a try.
