  • @sidneyblair

Jeep did not replace the XJ with anything. They were introducing the Libertys regardless if they continued with the XJ or not. So itts just coincidence that they ended up discontinuing the XJ the same year the LIbbys came out. Besides the Libby could NEVER replace really the XJ. In any capacity.

  • I hope you have diff. Skids. And you must be running a locked rear? Or LSD? you weren't slipping at all.

  • Had four XJs in three years. I love em. Finally got my 01 red 4wd. I wrecked it this weekend. I guess I'm on YouTube sulking haha

  • Ive been debating between a 3" or 4.5" inch lift, cause the 4.5 is a lot more work. After seeing what this dude can do I think the 3" will be fine hahaha

    Nice off roading man!

  • i'm a fan, this guy can offroad

  • sick XJ!

  • nicely done!

  • What tires are you runnin with the 3" lift?

  • what r the specs on this xj?

  • Nice jeep gotta love those I6's my old 93 has 516000 km's and still going strong!

  • Very well done, beautiful driving.

  • i got a 93 high output motor and iv got 270k on mine runs good

  • lol nice vid love the xj mine's a 97 sport with 240000 and still going strong

  • Really awesome video. Great articulation.

  • wow! great job getting around that!!

  • damn... that was cool man...

  • thats some pretty good driving. keep up the good work

  • dear diamler chrysler (or whoever owns it now),

    BRING BACK THE XJ!!!!!

    love,

    everybody

  • XJ now XK kinda its the next best thing to it. I love mine!

  • @sidneyblair more like bring back that tank of an I-6

  • @jackhow66 Yeah, the I6 at the very least. But I like the xj style a lot better than what replaced it (no offense to you, i see you have a liberty).

  • @sidneyblair lol its all good, everyone's entitled to their opinion, but i've always been a jeep suv and ford truck guy and still will, my parents owned one of these for a long time and im still sad it died before i turned 16

  • @sidneyblair biggest mistake they ever made was replacing the xj with the kj, and kk liberty... i love my xj!

  • @sidneyblair or at the very least make a all solid axle liberty.

  • awesome man damn fine wheelin

  • hella good lockers....hope my posi on my o4 wj hold up that good lol...5 stars

  • nice wheelin

  • nice jeep where did you gt that grill

  • dude, nice driving.

  • that was nice i got 1 with a 3.5" lift & 31s

  • Cheep 4.0s are some awesome engines. My proffessors 1989 has over 350k miles to it and he travels 70 miles a day to get to work and has never second guessed a trip. Now, jeep automatic trannys are a whole 'nother story. But if you get a 5 speed those are fine.

  • what the hell is wrong with autos? never in my life have i heard someone complain

  • yeah i have a '91 Jeep Cherokee with the 4.0 and it is a GREAT engine. mine only has like 131,000 miles and its still a great engine, runs a lil hot every now and then but never over heated

  • lol ur power steering's not feeling so good

  • nice xj. my jeep has the same problem with the rear shocks not flexing a whole lot in the back. i think the only way to fix that would be a spring over for the back

  • nice driving, nice jeep, I love my xj.

  • take the tank traps all the time

  • the washout is pretty crazy man have you takin the tank traps

  • Love my jeep and the 4.0L.......

  • yeah dude, no hard feelings :p but from my experience ive had nothing but great from the ole 4.0 :D

  • yep!

  • woa, sorry didn't mean to bash there, i just have a soft spot for jeeps :D

  • wait! hold on! dude! you gotta!

    looks like fun! oohwee!

  • What engine is that? Its definitely not a Jeep engine... No offense to Jeeps, I love them more than anything, but the engines are lame... or is it just lower gearing?

  • Lame... Common give the 4.0L some respect. Check out my video.

  • The inline sixes are the most reliable engines out there, but still lack pure power... but power isnt everything, I will add.

Jeeps are still the best wheelers around!

  • thank you!

  • lame? really? my guess is you don't know much about them. Anyone who has ever had the sweet pleasure of punching a 4.0 jeep of the line knows that they produce an incredible amount of torque and will get you up to 60 before you know it. not to mention they are some of the longest lasting motors ever made. also something you obviously don't know much about is working on engines. jeep motors are the next to the small block chevy in ease of work.

  • Okay... I stand corrected.

  • The 4.0's are damn near bullet proof as well. I threw a water pump out on the trail, drove it out in starts and stops trying to let it cool as much as I could, but I did peg it out each time. Finally got it to where I could get it towed home, never even blew the gasket or warped anything. 4.0 FTW!

  • dude the 4.0 is like the most durable engine ever built. i saw one with 520,000 miles and still ran! mine has 208,000 something and still runs GREAT! jeep engines are DEFFENTLY not lame

  • Most durable gas engine maybe, but not most durable ever built. If you want Durable you want a 12 Valve Cummins.

  • ya that's what my dad has, great engine 230k stil running like new

  • 274 K on my 99 XJ, just starting to show its age...

  • good ole 330k on mine.. Been Re built alittle..and breaks upgraded, 31 10.50's on there, still runs and drives like a dream....tribute to jeeps

  • oh, and mines a 92

  • sick footage

  • good drivin

  • were is this????????

  • Nice driving , where's your spotter or you regular on the trail ...

  • how much lift ya got on that bad boy??

    nice xj by the way

  • why cut it off there? good video none the less.

  • Es la contorsion mas impresionante que he visto que le hagan a una cherokee

  • only in a JEEP O|||||||O

  • it looks stock but i know it cant be lol what's it like a 3 inch?

  • yep 3" Lift (ProComp)

  • only in a JEEP!

  • nice flex

  • scraped the tire rod there a little? that was impressive thow

  • That was pretty cool. Nice flex, pretty cool choice of line as well. You should check your power steering fluid level however :)

  • LOL! cool vid :D
