Most of the time I think time would be better spent if preachers would simply open the bible to the gospel, or one of the epistles and just read it to the public in authority. Too often these just sound like arguing and its too easy to just tune out the content when people are shouting.

@veraberry Yeah and those Bankers,School teachers, along with Ministers and Priests are not the ones who attend these events ,,,,,but almost always married family men with children of t heir own, upright citizens and pilars of their communities and churches, no?

God is and He has made it crystal clear how He's going to judge, what He's going to judge and who is getting in or not. He has commissioned the preacher to bring the message because God uses means to do that. You are our business because you are precious in the sight of God. God does not want you to go to hell.

@jakeelee904 Our neighbors have loud parties till the wee hours of the morning playing all sorts of music, getting high, etc etc all the time. When they aren't having parties, they play their music so loud that the entire neighborhood can hear it. When we go to Best Buy, we have to listen to whatever is being played. You don't realize it because you aren't offended by it.

@veraberry The Bible was written by man and full of myth and even contradictions..there are sacred Hindu texts in India that predate the Bible by a few thousand years. The Bible has much wisdom and contains many parables but NOTHING was written as it was happening...in fact a lot never actually happened.
And to take it 100% literally at face value, well.......you might as well believe in fairy tales too.

@NativeNewYorkGuy The Bibles says that the earth is a sphere, Isaiah40;22. The Bible does not teach or say that everything revolves around the earth, the early catholic church taught that. The word the Bible uses for day in the Hebrew can also mean period of time. So the Universe was created in 6 periods of time. We are not Southern Preachers, this is our u-tube page.
