yea it's like building a house with no windows, sure you CAN get by without them but you pretty much expect some fucking windows on a 21st century building... No reason not to put qwerty on a touch, unless the screen is too small... but if it's a TOUCH phone, it goes without saying that screen should be adequate.....Samsung you failed! Both phones are great, tough I don't have any off them, but I would rather prefer Touchwiz when it comes to camrea, cuz the camera is more protected, than on the Viewty. But what I like about LG's Viewty is the big screen, the menus, and how you wright messages on it. But I would go to the store, and try bot of them out, see how they work in your hand and so on. And compare the spesifications. But when it comes down to it, it more about taste and you you want the most=)

It does have a touch qwerty keypad !! I saw a video on you tube and the guy showed different ways to type messages. There is the traditional qwerty keypad and you could also use one like the blackberry pearl where there are two letters on one button. This guy doesnt show the other ways to type messages!!

The main menu is an exact replica of the iphones menu. but what is sad is that samsung didn't include a keyboard for texting.
