For those saying the glitch doesn't work, clear your cache and it will remove all game updates, then go do the glitch. When you get enough money, reapply the patch, but you'll have to update all other games as well.

@Songsmirth lol don't feel guilty ;-) Yes I think I probably just tried it & knew I'd have to go back to a previous save. Would you believe I tried to find the page of "fun things to do in O when you're bored" (I have it saved to my ext drive but thought I'd search online for it again) and lo and behold they've got a wiki page saying they deleted the page and "It's a collection of utterly stupid and trivial ideas that keeps attracting more and more nonsense." What a bunch of old fogies!

@hooversom the oblivion gold glitch is said to not work on xbox. OR that you must kill him THEN take his gold. on PS3... you just use the Dibilitate spell (from mages guild in Bravil) n click away, leave, get arrested for $40.oo n go back as you please lol

yeah - get your illusion skill up to 50, and buy debilitate from the woman in the bravil mages guild basement (round about 7 in the morning) because you have to paralyse him because of a patch which stopped the glitch by killing him

this glitch is crap compaired to the other one. this works for both consoles, get 2 scrolls of the same kind, works with 2 or 100 scrolls, double tap scrolls and drop a magic ring, something light so u can have lots and sell them, after u drop the item it will give u 2-100 copies of that item. u can do this as many times as u like, just remember to always double tap scrolls and then drop item.

It works on xbox, just either dont update or erase the updates (look on some website for the code you gotta press on the dashboard) and do it, then go back on xbox live when you have desired amount.

Yes, It does.Small recomendation, don't be born with cheap ass parents who won't buy you a better Comp and oblivion, but settle for Xbox 360 and Oblivion.Try to get his Disposition to zero, bribedy to full, get Disp to zero again and repeat till you're out of gold, this way you have to click less =D

Ok there is no need for this glitch. If u want to cheat to get money just use the console. Press the ` key then type player.additem F 10000 or however many gold u want
