2. the type of rope used to take the hands down is medium grade climbing rop sutable for up to roughly 300Kg's you used 2 on the hands which would disperde the weight meaning that theoreticly they could hold 600Kg's the hands are roughly 1 Uk short tome thats 1016.046909Kg's
