First of all you probably have no idea what Silent Hill even is, second if you wanna see a person with too much time on their hands... then go watch your own Prank Call video.
Well you made it convincing, but it wasn't really like you put much work into it. All you did was turn the lights off, move the camera around a lot and found an old flashlight that produced a yellow hued light beam. Not that it was bad. It was a simple, but effective method that you get points for.
This was okay, but the siren sounded a bit odd.
