Thats a great idea, why not take it up with local M.P.s? or..directly with the doctors themselves, although, I think a lot of surgerys would weigh up the ammount of deaf people who use the surgery, maybe a hand held buzzer device given to deaf people on arrival that vibrates when their name is called out would be a good idea too?
