my #136440853072, Gerald Mackler. I booked to Sweden and now want to change my return ticket to a later date. I was told that it must be done in Sweden. My brother in law in Gothenberg went to the SAS office and was told that the change must be done here. I called and was fobbed off. Why cannot you effect the change, which cannot be that difficult. Please respond. Thanks.
I recently went on a trip that was a total disaster form more perspectives than I care to mention here...the follow up customer service has been ridiculous to say the least...I used to book alot of travel thru them and unless they get this last problem fixed, I am done with them. Terrible customer service!!!
EXPEDIA freakin sucks. Yea these damn CEOs need to get it together. I see bankruptcy in their future if they keep doing the same crap quality service they're giving customers now!
I AM NOW ON THE PHONE WITH EXPEDIA DAY #2 TRYING TO UPGRADE A RESERVATION PREVIOUSLY MADE. WHILE I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A CHANCE THAT I WILL EVER USE THEM AGAIN. THESE CEO'S ARE MAKING TOO MUCH MONEY. THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB AT THE TOP IF THE PEOPLE THAT DEAL THE CLOSEST WITH THE CONSUMER ARE LIKE SCRIPTED CABBAGE HEADS WITH NO AMBITION OR PRIDE IN THEIR JOBS . GOOD WILL HAS TO START AT THE TOP AND TRICKLE DOWN. IF NOT, THEY WILL BE DOWN AND OUT. BYE EXPEDIA
Expedia has one of the most innovate paths of global expansion in the travel sector. They have considered each and every market which they have entered and created a business mix to fit that locale. A good balance of acquisition branding and partnership.
