  • it is his and our favorite kaida to listen to it on his hand . It helps to develop our playing.

  • Distinguishable clarity, both visibly and audibly. I sometimes wondered irrespective of speed all his fingerings are not only audible, distinctly visible also., and all sounds retain its originality.

  • extraordinary, its a honour to listen to Panditji

  • A classic and very famous kaida of the Lucknow gharana that Swapanji is well known for playing. He truly is the doyen of Lucknow since he nails the technique of the tek which is the main syllable of this kaida as well as being a master of the dhire dhire stroke. In addition, his hands are just so relaxed even at high speeds and his smile just shows his enjoyment in the whole moment. A true tabla genius.

  • Man what a genius!!!!...watching this video always gets my heart racing and fills me up with so much positive energy..especially the culmination of the rela. Marvellous

  • These two have are amazing and beyond words that do sufficient credit to their art.

  • Swapan jee goood

  • wah punditji wah . a difficult qaida derived from a gat. ( think by punditji himself). love the tihai.

  • Ramesh Mishra is amazing! He accompanies all the great maestros of tabla. One must have so much awareness of solidness of the pulse, or beat to keep with the laya of the tabla. Also one must have knowledge of tabla to understand the phrases and stay with them. If you have ever tried playing like this, you will know. This style of playing sways to and fro in the delivery and casts a mezmorizing trance of sound

  • Amazing...

  • look at the expression on the two maestros its like music from the heaven

  • are baapre kyabaaaat hai

    this is great super natural

  • I love Swapanda's progression in laya.

  • Kyaa Baat Hai Swapanda! And Pandit Ramesh Mishra is a genius in keeping nagma. Do you mind telling me the Raag of the lehera/nagma?

  • @KumarTabla raag patdeep...

  • @shankyxyz Thank you very much.

  • Its a Kayada of Purab (Lakhnow) gharana. how sweet he is playing

  • it was amazing to listen lehera. i was enjoying his melody and hold of rhytem. Swapan Chaudhry ji Tabla is marvallous and his way of presentation of serious of Tihais just speech less bow to him
