@acestrife101 that is a bonus with a political candidate, as those are periphery issues that sidetrack the necessary debates on substantive policy. that bullshit is a distraction from the meat and potatoes issues like economic and foreign policy. besides, he is a libertarian, which means pro personal choice and freedom to do as you please without harming another.

Close your eyes and dream of the perfect candidate to turn this country back around. Most would see Ron Paul. If he would only get a bit more hawkish, he would have 90% of the total vote. I like that trillion $ cut the first year, even though my SS check will probably take a hit. I prefer a smaller ck based on a solid $, vs the ck now from a failing $ that is bound to self destruct, if we don't get serious about cutting spending and printing worthless money backed by nutin but lies.

I like that he will not take a gov pension and delivered many babies for free, in leiu of medicaid. My only problem with him is his attitude toward our enemies. I think, however that he will turn a bit more hawkish (like Obama did) after getting elected, once he is briefed by the Generals.

It amazes me how people can admit that Ron Paul in genuine and truthful, but then not vote for him because of whatever it is they don't like. But THEN knowingly admit that politicians lie and think that something good will come from....a person who lies and accepts millions from special interest groups. This country isn't too bright. Fat, lazy and stupid is no way to go through life.

@MrAataghi No president does anything alone. They have support. That is what democracy is all about, standing up for what you believe, for the constitution, for freedom,for truth, justice and liberty. Truth is power, truth will empower the people and that is what will effect change in this country. Ron will end the wars and that alone will effect great changes in this country.
