i ref a lot and we are there to makes sure everyone is safe, make sure they dnt cheat, and try to make sure everyone has fun. not just these players who think they are God's gift to the sport.
TO ALL MY FELLOW REFS: just make sure everyone is safe and in the end, its ur field. if a player is being a henderance on buisness by cussing and overshooting, get rid of them.
TO ALL MY FELLOW PLAYERS: show restraint to new players and respect to EVERYONE. ultimately, playing is a privlage, not a right.
@DSGPaintball as a paintball ref, we take a lot of shit. This I understand and try to reason with myself on the field when people yell at me. It's because of all the adrenaline, just makes people a lot more aggressive and willing to fight/argue.It's just something that comes with the job.

if i were that ref i wouldhave stepped out and stuck you right in the face you jew. give him a break, its not like they make bank doing what they do. i would also start making even worse calls for you guys. lets say a 3 for 1 just for taking a bounce
i could understand a ref getting pissed for no respect but if a team does give a ref respect i dont think its worth getting penatlys. I do have a question, can you eject a fan?
