Oh man I'm not even kidding that soup looks so good, I bet it would go great with some toasted bread and wine. Could I use heavy cream in place of the sour cream? Great vid Ula!!
@thebibleisfiction I never used heavy cream for it. I usually use sour cream for thickening to most soups, but heavy cream would work as well. Don't forget the brine- this soup must be sour :) It usually tastes best next day! good luck and stay tuned :) more delicious food is coming.
