@Cookiejug1 ther r forums online like sleeve talk wher u definately find older ppl &pics -if u r in good shape @a basic level i.e. sugar levels BP etc. u can prob jump right in, if u hav sugar level issues u should consult an endocrinologist. talk with him/her about this thing as it relates 2 healing& nutritional issues -ppl with diabeties hav 2eat certain ways - so check how2 do weight loss surgery&post-op eating criteias -ironically -if u DO have sugar issues weight loss always helps fix it
