  • @absbiceps lmao... Can you tell me the purpose of doing the exercises slowly? Im not any professional in training, when i train i just try do the exercises as fast as possible then just rest hah.. am i doing it wrong?

  • @CrocoGamers yeah not everyone can get abs just like that, this is because of his African genetics that allow him to gain muscle easily , its in his blood.

  • @1esp...depends on how you train, if you do abs everyday, then one exercise a day about 5 sets of 10-30reps depending on the intensity of the exercise, if you train abs less than 3 to 4 days a week, then you can choose 3 exercises of 4 sets. You have to do them once a day either first thing in the morning after cardio on an empty stomach or the last exercise after your weights session

  • for how many minutes of each exercise each day..so do i have to do one exercise on day and then the next day the next one or do i have to do all of them on one day and then repeat them the next day? one more thing do i have to do these exercises three times a day or only one time each day? does it have to be 7 days straight or one day yes and one day no...
