@absbiceps lmao... Can you tell me the purpose of doing the exercises slowly? Im not any professional in training, when i train i just try do the exercises as fast as possible then just rest hah.. am i doing it wrong?
before you start all of this go lose body fat people... dont just start doing this shit cause it would be pointless and you will end up getting frustrated.
@CrocoGamers yeah not everyone can get abs just like that, this is because of his African genetics that allow him to gain muscle easily , its in his blood.

@1esp...depends on how you train, if you do abs everyday, then one exercise a day about 5 sets of 10-30reps depending on the intensity of the exercise, if you train abs less than 3 to 4 days a week, then you can choose 3 exercises of 4 sets. You have to do them once a day either first thing in the morning after cardio on an empty stomach or the last exercise after your weights session
for how many minutes of each exercise each day..so do i have to do one exercise on day and then the next day the next one or do i have to do all of them on one day and then repeat them the next day? one more thing do i have to do these exercises three times a day or only one time each day? does it have to be 7 days straight or one day yes and one day no...
