  • Is the WODE compatible with the horizontal only version of the Wii?

  • is the WODE compatible with any software mods on the wii?

  • if i have updated to the newest update on my wii, can i still use the WODE on it? the wii was buyed in Norway in 2007-08 or something, really long ago, and i fonud out i wanna chip it, will it work with the newest update?

  • I love this kinda modding!

  • WODE Jukebox game cube

  • can we add Emulator on the WODE JukeBox

  • Help if you can. Everything appears to be working. I go to the NTFS drive but it says no iso's found. I then look in the ISO folder and the wode have deleted my ISO and wbfs files. Why? Then it gets stuck on the NO ISO Found screen and I can't get off from there.

  • will it play back up on disc or will i have add some els to it for that as well

  • I installed the wode and I can use the wifi in the news, the weather...., but I can´t use the wifi in the videogames oline and appears an code error

  • i want one

  • thank you for this 2 videos, realy helped me installing my wod. Strangely i mixed up something with the outer screws witch hold the front and black "gba-socket" pannel. But it still worked, beter than missing one xD. Regards Ulti

  • 5:00 You know, if you put that round plastic holder in the bottom (the one the Wii comes with), its really stable and you don't need to rip them off.

  • when loading isos does this also count for gamcube isos?

  • toooooo much softmod ftw ...

  • Hy i have the wii wode installed and updated .. but the wii shows me theres no iso´s available ????

i have 4 iso games on my external sony ntfs hard disc.

    what can i do ...??

    please help

    thanks a lot regards marco

  • @divingparadise044 you need to have a folder in the root of your hard drive named "ISO". put your ISO's in there.

  • Thanks for the help with the worn-out screws, helped alot, but one thing im noticing now is that when I test out the Wode by turning on my wii the wode screen lights up but the wode doesn't show the loading screen or anything, have I installed it wrong, or does this just happen the first time?

  • @AFLrules101 best to contact your distriburtor for help, if its us, just use our contact page.

  • @OzModChips homebrew is safer and easyer to install with usb loader

  • Hi m8 im from the netherlands but i have a problem with my wode.. Many games play but he's not reading much kb's. Its says 11 kb/110 kb. The wii says that he can not read the game:|. Do you now what the problem is?

Many thanks & sorry for bad englisch:P

  • Awsome dude!! i subscribe!

  • its a cool item but its really useless it seems like you have to do everything on the actual base station instead of just sitting back on your chair and just using the wii to scroll down on the selection.

  • @MoK86 How is that different from getting out of your chair to turn it and put a game in the Wii in the first place? Plus you can have hundreds of game at your disposal on an external HDD. Lazy?

  • @PJammerTas

were talking about a modded system now ive used the external hdd and it works perfect i dont have to get up or nothing just use the wiimote and bam! nothing more but with this its just pointless to even use its a good idea but maybe when modding your system was in its early time but with soo many new things out there this basestation thing is just useless its its like going back in time with older modd stuff. it has nothing to do with being lazy its just useless

  • No. Epoxy has nothing to do with the WODE installation. Just soldered in modchips

  • could you tell me if Epoxy will be a problem in the installation process?

  • this video and part 1 too are super helpful.

but I keep wondering why my W.O.D.E still keeps giving me a blank screen..

I do not know what's wrong with it and I can't play because of that.

    so sir!

Could you please reply and tell me what to do!

Every time I Power ON my wii 9.9/10 times it gives blank screen!

What do I have to do to fix it ! Please help!

  • Hi would you say this is better then the usb gx loader and any other softmod apps? also could i play pal and ntsc games with this juke.

  • this modchip is really cool. softmodding works just fine for me, but if i get bored of wii games and want to play gamecube games, I'll prob buy this if i have the money. plus it looks really cool. something i can show off to my friends. its like the Harley Davidson of modchips xD

  • you need to mention not to overtighten the drive screws...this can cause the drive to fail in flat mode

  • This makes me want to buy a wii and buy one of these! I looove gadgets!

  • awesome chip

  • This is cool and all, but I really don't see the point when it's much easier now to just install the Homebrew channel and all neccessary files to use a homebrew USB loader like USB Loader GX or WiiFlow. It's also much more practicle because you don't have to physicly press buttons on the Wii and they have gorgeous UI's. I just think it's far too late to release this as full softmods can acheive the same thing for absolutly free. Nonetheless, impressive.

  • While it's true what you are saying up to a point, some people are intrigued by WODE for the ability to play GameCube ISO.s direct from USB. No softmod can achieve that.

It's also a nice perk that you don't have to install any homebrew to use WODE, you can safely update to the latest firmware and everything will be working as normal, you don't have to worry about it.

  • Great Video .. install was a breeze with this .. worked 1st time :)

  • I wonder which Nintendo design engineer thought "I know how I will prevent tampering. I will use a combination of Tri-wing and Phillips screws"

    My real question is this:

Is using the WODE lcd screen the only way to "scroll" through games saved on HDD, or is there a more "distant" method. Thanks for any info. Maybe someone can "mod" an LCD IR Remote/Extender system in order to plug the ribbon cable into the extender and view/select from LCD on universal Remote instead of the WODE base.

  • @rntonp there is an app called WODEFlow (it is amod of WiiFlow) but you need your wii to be also softmodded (with the homebrew channel)

  • @guitarrakapo thank you

  • WODE can run any game? like Metroid Prime Trilogy

  • Anyone knows when and where we can get a Wode in Canada?

  • cheers, very helpful

    funnijo

  • i can see your pretty face in the reflection of the table

  • Absurdly Helpful. If an idiot like me is able to do it, then you've done your tutorial well.

Oz Mods has got some of the best aftersale service I've seen.

    Much Obliged.

  • Nice. I live walking distance from your shop so you'll be seeing me soon enough.

  • Great video mate!

Very helpful for when i get mine!

    Cheers.
