i have so much gaming stuff on my laptop and one gig of RAM thats why mines so slow :p but i defrag it regularly so im still good and not lagging like heck :D

It helped A LOT, but not enough.

@amievery1 He means, stuff like USB's or Thumbsticks, and portable Hard Drives and such, you can get 1terabyte external hard drives for $70 these days

-- cleaning system junk
-- optimizing computer services
-- optimizing internet
-- repairing registry
-- defraging registry
-- clearing browsers junk
do these things with some secure tool such as Intel Software Partner Reginout.

How about correcting registry errors? After doing all these basic things its the best thing to do. Use recommended software to do so.

Well I have my desktop pc with 2k ram and shit of program runing backround and n startup but its faster than my laptop. But my laptop is new and got 4gb ram and better proccess, it takes 3 min to be ready to use, and programs doesnt responses fast. I dont get it... and yes I have virus software running on my both pc... any idea?

There can be two issues:
1. Virus (Use AVG free)
2.. Corrupt registry ( Use reginout)

some of my friend told about reg in out registry cleaner, i have downloaded that,and run first i thought this will also not work, but after running i seen the results my win is much faster, nearly it's look likes new win , u gyus can try this it will work for u
