"Dear Child, You are my offspring. Nothing will ever separate you from my love. I will always comfort you. Unless you don't believe me, or you're gay, or you voted for Obama, in which case I will torture you for ever and ever in the torture chamber I made. You know I'll do it, too. I already tortured and mutilated and killed and abandoned my only REAL son. Trust me. Your loving Father, God."
A confirmation taken from those things which came to pass at Corinth, where the church especially consisted of the lowly and common people, insomuch that the philosophers of Greece were driven to shame when they saw that they could do nothing with their wisdom and eloquence in comparison with the apostles, whom nonetheless they called idiots and unlearned.

Sin is a Sumerian god in Mesopotamian mythology. He is the god of the moon and the son of Enlil and Ninlil. His sacred city was Ur. The name Nanna is Sumerian for "illuminator."
When sweet jesus came down , he should have shared his advanced technology with the locals. How to turn water into wine would have been a good one, or how to walk on water.
Why couldn't he have passed on his know how?
Today instead of playing with loaves and fishes, we just have to listen to dreary hymns. That is not fair.
Sweet Jesus DID share His Wisdom, which includes everything we could ever need to know. Dreary hymns... you're in the wrong church. God is Love, and Joy, and Passion! He isn't dreary, and doesn't want to bore you to death! Jesus is Real! Talk to Him in your own mind, ask Him to show you Who He Is. Then, you have to listen.
The Father "will give you another Counselor to be with you forever - the Spirit of truth... [He] will teach you all things." - Jesus Christ, (John 14:16, 26).
The Father "will give you another Counselor to be with you forever - the Spirit of truth... [He] will teach you all things." - Jesus Christ, (John 14:16, 26)..... ALSO SAID THAT HE WILL ONLY BE BACK on the "day of judgment" Matthew 19:28..BUT never mentioned that he would detour back Paul... ..DO NOT U THINK IT IS CONTRADICTION???
Two idols of the moon god were found. Each was a stature of a man sitting upon a throne with a crescent moon carved on his chest . The accompanying inscriptions make it clear that these were idols of the Moon-god. Several smaller statues were also found which were identified by their inscriptions as the "daughters" of the Moon-god.
The Father "will give you another Counselor to be with you forever - the Spirit of truth... [He] will teach you all things." - Jesus Christ, (John 14:16, 26)..... ALSO SAID THAT HE WILL ONLY BE BACK on the "day of judgment" Matthew 19:28..BUT never mentioned that he would detour back to Paul... ..DO NOT U THINK IT IS CONTRADICTION??? OR is Paul the Counselor?
as far as paul said EVIL is with him romans 7:21,,so he is NOT the counselor..but the DEVIL
What about Arabia? As pointed out by Prof. Coon, "Muslims are notoriously loath to preserve traditions of earlier paganism and like to garble what pre-Islamic history they permit to survive in anachronistic terms."
danmason12 why DO you Follow a DEVIL like paul who says that DEVIL( NOT CHRIST, NOT HOLY GHOST) BUT the DEVIL EXIST WITHIN HIM ROM 7:21????
It surprises me that Christians would take the words of a man (paul) who admits he is evil (Rom 7:16-21)and does not follow the Laws of God and yet, ignore the Teachings of Jesus who was Sent By God ONLY House of Israel(Ancestor of Palestinians )
Whatever you say, there is no a sane person who will believe the shits of the bible and there is no one who is going to worship human being in the 21st century. Ask one of the school students in your are and say HOW OLD IS EARTH? they will give the correct possible estimation possible. but it's up to if you have the appetite beleiving that human can be God and The earth is 6000 years old!
My friend, there are over 1 Billion Christians in the world right now, and they have nukes. Only one Muslim country has ben allowed to have nukes, why, they are unstable.
Christianity began in 1st century AD Jerusalem as a Jewish sect but quickly spread throughout the Roman Empire it would become the state religion of the Roman Empire (380).
The Christians boast about the Gospels according to St. Matthew, according to St. Mark, according to St. Luke and according to St. John, but there is not a single Gospel "according" to (St.) Jesus himself! We sincerely believe that everything Christ (May the peace and blessings of God be upon him) preached was from God.
Who Wrote the Quran? The Verses were memorized by Muhammad's companions as Muhammad recited them, with some being written down by one or more companions on whatever was at hand, from stones to pieces of bark. The Caliph Abu Bakr, led by Zayd ibn Thabit Al-Ansari collected them, they remained with Abu Bakr till Allah took him unto Him. Then with 'Umar till Allah took him unto Him, and finally it remained with Hafsa bint Umar, Umar's daughter
The "gospel" is a frequently-used word, but what Gospel did Jesus preach? Of the 27 books of the New Testament, only a small fraction can be accepted as the words of Jesus.
The Qur'ān speaks well of the relationship it has with Books of the Bible, and the Torah and the Gospels, and attributes their similarities to their unique origin and saying all of them have been revealed by one God
A temple of the Moon-god has been excavated in Ur by Sir Leonard Woolley. He dug up many examples of moon worship in Ur and these are displayed in the British Museum to this day. Harran was likewise noted for its devotion to the Moon-god. In the 1950's a major temple to the Moon-god was excavated at Hazer in Palestine.
Quran teaches us to respect those who respect us and fight those who fight against us (defending our selfs). you cannot show me one verse in the quran which says attack without a cause.
Try bringing a christian into mecca and see how authorities will not compel him by throwing him in jail :) or better yet, go distribute some bibles and see how quick you lose your head.
Even bread was baked in the form of a crescent as an act of devotion to the Moon-god. The Ur of the Chaldees was so devoted to the Moon-god that it was sometimes called Nannar in tablets from that time period.
There were no contradictions in the verses you posted. Arabic is rich language, one word may have five or more meannings and some people tried to make contradictions using that difference meannings ( including those you have posted) but Quran doesn't say what it doesn't and they cannot make to being something that doesn't exist at all.
This richness is whats causing allot of problems right now.... everyone will interpret the quran in a way that best serves their own interests.
As for no compulsion, there have been cases (the church and parishioners in Constantinople were left in tact by special decree), but generally once conquered by a Muslim army, the "rules" deny the teaching of anything except Islam within Muslim lands.
Thank you. That is all I ask for. Now under Catholic christain rulers there have been much killing in the name of God. And there will be much more in the future I am afriad.
Among the many decisive pieces of evidence in this regard are the following:
Allah says: "Let there be no compulsion in religion. Truth has been made clear from error. Whoever rejects false worship and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that never breaks. And Allah hears and knows all things." [Sûrah al-Baqarah: 256]
In Tell-el-Obeid, a copper calf was found with a crescent moon on its forehead. An idol with the body of a bull and the head of man has a crescent moon inlaid on its forehead with shells.
One of the fundamental truths established by the sacred texts is that no one can be compelled to accept Islam. It is the duty of Muslims to establish the proof of Islam to the people so that truth can be made clear from falsehood. After that, whoever wishes to accept Islam may do so and whoever wishes to continue upon unbelief may do so. No one should be threatened or harmed in any way if he does not wish to accept Islam.
He was the Judge of men and gods. The Old Testament constantly rebuked the worship of the Moon-god (see: Deut. 4:19;17:3; II Kngs. 21:3,5; 23:5; Jer. 8:2; 19:13; Zeph. 1:5, etc.) When Israel fell into idolatry, it was usually the cult of the Moon-god. As a matter of fact, everywhere in the ancient world, the symbol of the crescent moon can be found on seal impressions, steles, pottery, amulets, clay tablets, cylinders, weights, earrings, necklaces, wall murals, etc.
In that count how many fighting men were found in Israel? (a) Eight hundred thousand (2 Samuel 24:9) (b) One million, one hundred thousand (IChronicles 21:5
your book cannot differenciate between hunderends and the millions.
The sun-goddess was the wife of Sin and the stars were their daughters. For example, Istar was a daughter of Sin. Sacrifices to the Moon-god are described in the Pas Shamra texts. In the Ugaritic texts, the Moon-god was sometimes called Kusuh. In Persia, as well as in Egypt, the Moon- god is depicted on wall murals and on the heads of statues.
God does not make the contradictions, man does. Many non-muslims tried to mislead the translations of the quran to contradict itself but they cannot make exist what does not exist.
In ancient Syria and Canna, the Moon-god Sin was usually represented by the moon in its crescent phase. At times the full moon was placed inside the crescent moon to emphasize all the phases of the moon.
The cult of the Moon-god was the most popular religion throughout ancient Mesopotamia. The Assyrians, Babylonians, and the Akkadians took the word Suen and transformed it into the word Sin as their favorite name for the Moon-god. As Prof. Potts pointed out, "Sin is a name essentially Sumerian in origin which had been borrowed by the Semites. "
this is because of the husband provides leadership for the family. A Muslim woman does not follow the leadership of someone who does not share her faith and values.
His symbol was the crescent moon. Given the amount of artifacts concerning the worship of this Moon-god, it is clear that this was the dominant religion in Sumeria.
Is there or is there not compulsion in your religion according to the Qur'an? "Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things," (2:256).
"And an announcement from Allah and His Messenger, to the people (assembled) on the day of the Great Pilgrimage,- that Allah and His Messenger dissolve (treaty) obligations with the Pagans. If then, ye repent, it were best for you; but if ye turn away, know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah. And proclaim a grievous penalty to those who reject Faith," (9:3).
But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war); but if they repent, and establish regular prayers and practice regular charity, then open the way for them: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful," (9:5).
Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued," (9:29).
This is why you should learn before you talk and not listen to what others have to say to try and slander Islam. Maybe you can not understand what it is your reading.
You say that the Qur'an is a perfect book preserved on tablets in heaven (Surah 85:21-22). If the Qur'an is a perfect book from Allah, then there shouldn't be any contradictions in it. Of course you deny any contradictions exist in the Qur'an, but they do exist.
A contradiction occurs when one statement on a subject excludes the possibility of another. The first one here is a good example. In Surah 19:67, it states that man was created out of nothing. In 15:26, man is created from clay. Since clay is something, we have a contradiction since "nothing" excludes the possibility of "clay." Both cannot be true.
So tell me what was man created from, blood, clay, dust, or nothing? "Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood," (96:2). "We created man from sounding clay, from mud moulded into shape, (15:26). "The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was," (3:59).
see how it contradicts itself! let us start with this: Who incited David to count the fighting men of Israel? (a) God did (2 Samuel 24: 1) (b) Satan did (I Chronicles 2 1:1) In that count how many fighting men were found in Israel? (a) Eight hundred thousand (2 Samuel 24:9) (b) One million, one hundred thousand (IChronicles 21:5)
How many fighting men were found in Judah? (a) Five hundred thousand (2 Samuel 24:9) (b) Four hundred and seventy thousand (I Chronicles 21:5)
Bible contradictions must be analyzed under traditional rules of logic and reason. At first glance, certain scripture can appear contradictory with other scripture, but further investigation reveals something different.
First, reasonable skeptics should agree on the definition of a contradiction. "The Law of Non-contradiction," which is the basis of all logical reasoning, maintains that something cannot be "a" and "non-a" at the same time. For instance, it can't be day and night at the same time and at the same place. Therefore, if a biblical scripture violates this Law, it has been established as a contradiction. However, based on the same Law, two statements can differ without being in contradiction.
What do you think? We have all sinned and deserve God's judgment. God, the Father, sent His only Son to satisfy that judgment for those who believe in Him.
Jesus, the creator and Son of God, who lived a sinless life, loves us so much that He died for our sins, taking the punishment that we deserve, was buried, and rose from the dead according to the Bible. If you truly believe and trust this in your heart, receiving Jesus alone as your Savior, declaring, "Jesus is Lord," you will be saved from judgment and spend eternity with God in heaven.
Some Bible contradictions appear contradictory solely because of the intricacies of Bible translation. Analysis of the original languages of the Bible (Hebrew for the Old Testament and Greek for the New Testament) can solve many apparent issues. It's no different than any other textual review of translated material.
All languages (including especially Hebrew and Greek) have special limitations and nuances that cause difficulty in translation. The historical context of the translation can also cause some misunderstanding.
For instance, the Book of Acts has two accounts of Paul's conversion on the Road to Damascus. In Acts 9:7: "...the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man." In Acts 22:9: "...they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me" (King James Version).
At first glance, these accounts seem contradictory -- one says that Paul's companions heard a voice, while the other says that no voice was heard. However, the Greek text solves the matter. "The construction of the verb 'to hear' (akouo) is not the same in both accounts. In Acts 9:7 it is used with the genitive, in Acts 22:9 with the accusative.
The construction with the genitive simply expresses that something is being heard or that certain sounds reach the ear; nothing is indicated as to whether a person understands what he hears or not. The construction with the accusative, however, describes a hearing, which includes mental apprehension of the message spoken.
From this it becomes evident that the two passages are not contradictory." (W.F. Arndt, Does the Bible Contradict Itself? , pp. 13,14.) Therefore, Acts 22:9 doesn't deny that Paul's companions heard certain sounds; it simply says that they didn't understand the sounds that they heard.
There are thousands of inconsistencies, absurdities, contradictions, cruelties, and immoral guidelines within the pages of the Bible. A novice reader will see 20 of them within the first 5 pages.
It's utterly fascinating how many people reject God's Word by focusing on a little list of alleged Bible contradictions. Yet, when presented with the miracle of the Bible's structure, survival, integration, historical veracity, archaeological evidence, scientific insights, outside corroborating records, and hundreds of fulfilled prophecies (each of which far surpass any other "holy book"), people look the other way.
When viewed alongside other historical writings, the double standard in textual criticism is obvious. Remember, "God is not the author of confusion..." (1 Corinthians 14:33). If someone presents you with a supposed contradiction in the Bible, take a moment to earnestly investigate for yourself.
The age of Aisha (Ayesha), most references, including the Bukhari Hadith, put the marriage age at 5 or 6 and consummation of the marriage at the age of 9!
Aisha started living with prophet mohammed (pbuh) at the age of nine but who can tell what happened than? niether you nor i can tell what happened! Tell me a hadith which is saying mohammed had sex with Aisha at the age of nine? you won't get!
This is only if you add the different references to days. There are many ways in which these days could be overlapping. I could for example say "I built a house in 2 days and I completed the roof in a day." To insist that these things took 3 days is forcing a contradiction which simply isn't implied.
Here is some light. The Satanic Verses is are possible interpolation in the Qur'an described by Ibn Ishaq in his biography of Muhammad. The disputed verses allow for prayers of intercession to be made to three Pagan Meccan goddesses: Allat, Uzza, and Manah. This is based on the accounts of the Arab historians al-Waqidi and al-Tabari." Some Islamic and most non-Muslim Western historians and commentators on the Qur'an have accepted this story of Muhammad's momentary acceptance of the verses.
Sura 34:50 commands Muhammad to say, "If I go astray, I go astray only to my own loss," which is a severe factual error in the Qur'an as well as contradicting the teaching of the Qur'an in a number of other verses
There are a great number of problems and inconsistencies between the several accounts of Adam's creation, Allah's command to prostrate before Adam, Satans refusal, etc.
Muhammad [6:14, 163], Moses [7:143], some Egyptians [26:51], or Abraham [2:127-133, 3:67] or Adam, the first man who also received inspiration from Allah [2:37]?
Allah had supposedly sent warners to every people [10:47, 16:35-36, 35:24], Abraham and Ishmael are specifically claimed to have visited Mecca and built the Kaaba [2:125-129]. Yet, Muhammad supposedly is sent to a people who never had a messenger before [28:46, 32:3, 34:44, 36:2-6]. This article also raises other issues: What about Hud and Salih who supposedly were sent to the Arabs? What about the Book that was supposedly given to Ishmael? Etc.
The food for the people in Hell will be only "Dhari" [Sura 88:6], or only foul pus from the washing of wounds [S. 69:36], or will they also get to eat from the tree of Zaqqum [S. 37:66]? Together, these verses constitute three contradictions.
The Qur'an forbids believers to marry idolatrous women [Sura 2:221], and calls Christians idolaters and unbelievers [9:28-33], but still allows Muslims to marry Christian women [5:5].
In the first literate civilization, the Sumerians have left us thousands of clay tablets in which they described their religious beliefs. As demonstrated by Sjoberg and Hall, the ancient Sumerians worshipped a Moon-god who was called many different names. The most popular names were Nanna, Suen and Asimbabbar.
99% of your priests are pedophiles, why don't you (christians) start looking first at thier own religious background because there are definitely more pedophiles and homosexual priests and ministers in it.
Finally, finally! It has taken you this long to admit that you are not a Christain, great. So are you telling me you are Jewish? And let us not dance foever on this question also, thanks!
remember that if you follow the accepted jewish interpretations of the OT( the Torah) then you wouldn't believe in christ, and pauls teachings would be heretical(no need to keep the commandments, circumsission..etc).
to answer your question, i used that name so you would know who i'm talking about.
Paul was good at greek philosophy and one day realized that he was in fact persecuting his own God because of his actions against converts to judeaism simply because they didn't follow accepted interpretations of scripture(that stupid book again). paul realized that belief in God didn't hinge on a persons jewishness, or following the commands of the book.
this shows your lack of science:Allah's Day Equals 1,000 Years or 50,000 Years?
In accordance to Einstein's Theory of relativity the faster an object travels the slower it passes through time. Therefore if an object travels close enough to the speed of light for one day from the object's perspective, it is very possible that 50,000 years would have passed on earth.
The angels and the Rûh [Jibrael (Gabriel)] ascend to Him in a Day the measure whereof is fifty thousand years,"

christ is a term that men use to describe him, it's not his name. Jesus was pauls reference name...there is a possibility it referred to joseph of the old testament, the parallels between joseph and jc point to this....
As we shall see, the hard evidence demonstrates that the god Allah was a pagan deity. In fact, he was the Moon-god who was married to the sun goddess and the stars were his daughters.
he didn't have a dictaphone, or tape recorder, or stenographer....the physician of paul (someone by his own account NEVER MET jesus) is the basis of the four books of the new testament. also it wasn't written down until the following generation was dying...so, we have someone in their 80's writing down a story that they remember that matthew told them when they were young, and matthew only knew paul, a man that never met jesus..... now, how is anything in the new testament the words of jesus?
Archaeologists have uncovered temples to the Moon-god throughout the Middle East. From the mountains of Turkey to the banks of the Nile, the most wide-spread religion of the ancient world was the worship of the Moon-god.
lol, what can you know about Christ, who told you, the Wind, if you do have a Foundation in the Word of God, you don't have God, and you dont know Him!!!
Not since Bible days has the world witnessed anything that can be compared to the ministry of Brother Branham. When he appeared on the national scene in 1946, it produced a spark that ignited a period of great healing revivals that swept across America and around the world.
If that statement makes no sense, then you have major learning problems... are you a special needs person?
what didn't you understand about the fact that i've met God ?? why can't you believe that God wants me to follow what was in my heart?? I'm not saying anything different than what jesus has already said, and you still refuse what i'm saying. you have the bible yet you don't understand it. you read and do not comprehend.you hear but don't listen. you look but do not see..
We can endlessly speculate about the past or go and dig it up and see what the evidence reveals. This is the only way to find out the truth concerning the origins of Allah.
How can you be so religious and have so little faith that God wants us to find him.
As for my path, I didn't find God, God found me...first I died...then jesus took me to see God...then God sends me back here...simple. No books, no man made crud.
As for the bible discussion, Although i don't see 100% correlation between the bible and scientific fact, that doesn't mean that it isn't what people need to find God....I didn't need it...If you do, thats fine.
If YOU need the bible to have a relationship with God, then use it... as long as you get there i suppose it doesn't matter about the edits or redactions either. we both will have different paths and i can't call a path wrong simply because it doesn't match mine.
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9)
It ain't rocket science or some grand debate over passages in a book... you either follow whats in your heart or you don't. if you do, you automatically will live by the commandments... if you don't, then you will break the commandments.I'm not telling you what to do, i'm telling you what i see.
first off...that ain't what i'm sayin....my experience with God you know nothing about. i am not inferring that i made up this stuff by observing first and then drawing the conclusion that it's what God wants. It was pointed out to me...and then i observed it....i am sharing the observation because it is something you can do to see for yourself....if you don't want to, fine, i can't make you.
If you would bother to look at what i said, you would see that the same thing is written on everyones heart to start with. If i gathered up 100 kids, say, 4 years old (that have not been indoctrinated with religion) and put them in a room where they would see a real live beheading, they would ALL know this was wrong. No one tells them it's wrong. Where do you propose they got the knowledge from? Aliens from outer space?
Basic wisdom and knowledge will not get you to heaven-knowing that something is hot vs. cold is cool but not enough to teach you how to cook. You must have an understanding of the difference of religion vs. a relationship with God. In His book, the Bible God teaches us how to have a relationship in a religion, mankind teaches us to have religion without the relationship.
knowing is not enough, i agree. you must practice it in order not to be judged on these things. this is what makes sin a double edged sword. you know it's wrong but you do it anyway. And i agree about religion without relationship=man made.
Through prayer, invite Jesus into your life to become your personal Saviour. "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:10)
You must believe that Jesus Christ died for you, was buried, and rose from the dead. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." (Romans 10:9)
what was your reaction the first time you saw someone actually get killed on tv news?... Shock i'll bet... No one had to tell you it was wrong, you just knew..., If you've ever been aproached by someones GF about having sex( a little cheating) you know this is wrong...no one has to tell you.
lying,
stealing,
cursing,
coveting....IT'S ALL WRITTEN IN YOUR HEART(or at least it is in mine).
I can't speak for God, but i would assume that monkeys would have a different covenant, if they had anything at all..maybe they do have nothing.I don't know
I can only speak from what i know about myself and others around me.I know that God put it in my heart...i assume he put it in yours as well...
God isn't interested in words, he's interested in your heart. If he gives you a pile of words to resite, that doesn't change whats in your heart. a bad person will still be a bad person inside, even though he resited the words.... a good person will still be good, even if they can't remember the words.God wants you to follow the commandments as he has written them on your heart.
The issue is one of continuity. Was "Allah" the biblical God or a pagan god in Arabia during pre- Islamic times? The Muslim's claim of continuity is essential to their attempt to convert Jews and Christians for if "Allah" is part of the flow of divine revelation in Scripture, then it is the next step in biblical religion.
I could send you info that the world is billion years old, then I could turn around and send you info that the world is just 6000 years old. Info and information is not the problem, you my friend have to know God and have to have a revelation from God on the different issues, until then, you are relying on others knowledge and not the knowledge of God. Christ wants to give us the out the mind of God which is the Mind of Christ. Mankinds knowledge does not impress me, later and God Bless!
WHABAM! Thats my point exactly. the bible is just a man made book. it has good intentions, but it's still just a book with all the failings of a book...now true revelation from God on the other hand is what you should base your faith on...that is what i do, and that is why my view of the bible is , well, wishy washy..

All the Fallacies of Christianity e.g original sins , atonement of sins through Christ Blood, comes from Antichrist paul. .
Paul speaks lies about god
[through my lie] unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner? Rom 3:7)
...What does YHWH say about using Deceits to further GOD's purpose like paul ?

Two idols of the moon god were found. Each was a stature of a man sitting upon a throne with a crescent moon carved on his chest . The accompanying inscriptions make it clear that these were idols of the Moon-god. Several smaller statues were also found which were identified by their inscriptions as the "daughters" of the Moon-god.

The Verses were memorized by Muhammad's companions as Muhammad recited them, with some being written down by one or more companions on whatever was at hand, from stones to pieces of bark. One of the fundamental truths established by the sacred texts is that no one can be compelled to accept Islam. It is the duty of Muslims to establish the proof of Islam to the people so that truth can be made clear from falsehood.

You say that the Qur'an is a perfect book preserved on tablets in heaven (Surah 85:21-22). If the Qur'an is a perfect book from Allah, then there shouldn't be any contradictions in it. Of course you deny any contradictions exist in the Qur'an, but they do exist.
danmason12 4 years ago
A contradiction occurs when one statement on a subject excludes the possibility of another. The first one here is a good example. In Surah 19:67, it states that man was created out of nothing. In 15:26, man is created from clay. Since clay is something, we have a contradiction since "nothing" excludes the possibility of "clay." Both cannot be true.
danmason12 4 years ago
So tell me what was man created from, blood, clay, dust, or nothing? "Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood," (96:2). "We created man from sounding clay, from mud moulded into shape, (15:26). "The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was," (3:59).
danmason12 4 years ago
"But does not man call to mind that We created him before out of nothing?" (19:67, Yusuf Ali). Also, 52:35).
"He has created man from a sperm-drop; and behold this same (man) becomes an open disputer! (16:4).
danmason12 4 years ago

(a) God did (2 Samuel 24: 1) (b) Satan did (I Chronicles 2 1:1) In that count how many fighting men were found in Israel? (a) Eight hundred thousand (2 Samuel 24:9) (b) One million, one hundred thousand (IChronicles 21:5)
How many fighting men were found in Judah? (a) Five hundred thousand (2 Samuel 24:9) (b) Four hundred and seventy thousand (I Chronicles 21:5)

Bible contradictions must be analyzed under traditional rules of logic and reason. At first glance, certain scripture can appear contradictory with other scripture, but further investigation reveals something different.
danmason12 4 years ago
First, reasonable skeptics should agree on the definition of a contradiction. "The Law of Non-contradiction," which is the basis of all logical reasoning, maintains that something cannot be "a" and "non-a" at the same time. For instance, it can't be day and night at the same time and at the same place. Therefore, if a biblical scripture violates this Law, it has been established as a contradiction. However, based on the same Law, two statements can differ without being in contradiction.
danmason12 4 years ago
What do you think? We have all sinned and deserve God's judgment. God, the Father, sent His only Son to satisfy that judgment for those who believe in Him.
danmason12 4 years ago
Jesus, the creator and Son of God, who lived a sinless life, loves us so much that He died for our sins, taking the punishment that we deserve, was buried, and rose from the dead according to the Bible. If you truly believe and trust this in your heart, receiving Jesus alone as your Savior, declaring, "Jesus is Lord," you will be saved from judgment and spend eternity with God in heaven.

midnimo5 4 years ago
Some Bible contradictions appear contradictory solely because of the intricacies of Bible translation. Analysis of the original languages of the Bible (Hebrew for the Old Testament and Greek for the New Testament) can solve many apparent issues. It's no different than any other textual review of translated material.
danmason12 4 years ago
All languages (including especially Hebrew and Greek) have special limitations and nuances that cause difficulty in translation. The historical context of the translation can also cause some misunderstanding.
danmason12 4 years ago
For instance, the Book of Acts has two accounts of Paul's conversion on the Road to Damascus. In Acts 9:7: "...the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man." In Acts 22:9: "...they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me" (King James Version).
danmason12 4 years ago
At first glance, these accounts seem contradictory -- one says that Paul's companions heard a voice, while the other says that no voice was heard. However, the Greek text solves the matter. "The construction of the verb 'to hear' (akouo) is not the same in both accounts. In Acts 9:7 it is used with the genitive, in Acts 22:9 with the accusative.
danmason12 4 years ago
The construction with the genitive simply expresses that something is being heard or that certain sounds reach the ear; nothing is indicated as to whether a person understands what he hears or not. The construction with the accusative, however, describes a hearing, which includes mental apprehension of the message spoken.
danmason12 4 years ago
From this it becomes evident that the two passages are not contradictory." (W.F. Arndt, Does the Bible Contradict Itself? , pp. 13,14.) Therefore, Acts 22:9 doesn't deny that Paul's companions heard certain sounds; it simply says that they didn't understand the sounds that they heard.
danmason12 4 years ago
There are thousands of inconsistencies, absurdities, contradictions, cruelties, and immoral guidelines within the pages of the Bible. A novice reader will see 20 of them within the first 5 pages.
midnimo5 4 years ago
It's utterly fascinating how many people reject God's Word by focusing on a little list of alleged Bible contradictions. Yet, when presented with the miracle of the Bible's structure, survival, integration, historical veracity, archaeological evidence, scientific insights, outside corroborating records, and hundreds of fulfilled prophecies (each of which far surpass any other "holy book"), people look the other way.
danmason12 4 years ago
When viewed alongside other historical writings, the double standard in textual criticism is obvious. Remember, "God is not the author of confusion..." (1 Corinthians 14:33). If someone presents you with a supposed contradiction in the Bible, take a moment to earnestly investigate for yourself.

The days of creation:

External errors: Verses contradicting the facts of history or science
Verses contradicting the earlier revelations

Allah's Day Equals 1,000 Years or 50,000 Years?
(Koran 22:47)
...A day in the sight of thy Lord is like a thousand years of your reckoning.
(Koran 32:5)
...To Him, on a Day, The space whereof will be a thousands years of your reckoning.
In the above verses it states clearly that a day of Allah is equal to a 1000 earth years. However, there is a contradiction in the verse stated below.

In accordance to Einstein's Theory of relativity the faster an object travels the slower it passes through time. Therefore if an object travels close enough to the speed of light for one day from the object's perspective, it is very possible that 50,000 years would have passed on earth.

The angels and the Spirit ascend unto him in a day the measure whereof is fifty thousand years.
So, which one is it? Is the day of Allah equal to 1,000 earth years or 50,000 earth years?
danmason12 4 years ago
The angels and the Rûh [Jibrael (Gabriel)] ascend to Him in a Day the measure whereof is fifty thousand years,"
In accordance to Einstein's Theory of relativity the faster an object travels the slower it passes through time. Therefore if an object travels close enough to the speed of light for one day from the object's perspective, it is very possible that 50,000 years would have passed on earth.

Again dude, spirits are not control by natural laws, wow!

you THINK you know christ because you heard a story about him...I DO know christ because i've met him...big difference.
lITheEmissarylI 4 years ago
So tell me how did you learn HIS NAME?
danmason12 4 years ago
christ is a term that men use to describe him, it's not his name. Jesus was pauls reference name...there is a possibility it referred to joseph of the old testament, the parallels between joseph and jc point to this....
lITheEmissarylI 4 years ago
First, you can not know what Jesus said, for you do not believe in HIS WORD, the Bible, therefore you are just blowing in the wind.
danmason12 4 years ago
danmanson, Is there single word in the Bible condemning sex with children? absolutely there isn't, and there is nothing to answer.

As we shall see, the hard evidence demonstrates that the god Allah was a pagan deity. In fact, he was the Moon-god who was married to the sun goddess and the stars were his daughters.
danmason12 3 years ago
he didn't have a dictaphone, or tape recorder, or stenographer....the physician of paul (someone by his own account NEVER MET jesus) is the basis of the four books of the new testament. also it wasn't written down until the following generation was dying...so, we have someone in their 80's writing down a story that they remember that matthew told them when they were young, and matthew only knew paul, a man that never met jesus..... now, how is anything in the new testament the words of jesus?
lITheEmissarylI 4 years ago
Archaeologists have uncovered temples to the Moon-god throughout the Middle East. From the mountains of Turkey to the banks of the Nile, the most wide-spread religion of the ancient world was the worship of the Moon-god.
danmason12 3 years ago
lol, what can you know about Christ, who told you, the Wind, if you do have a Foundation in the Word of God, you don't have God, and you dont know Him!!!
danmason12 4 years ago
I have tried to share what I know about this, but as jesus said ,you can show people the way, but whether or not they follow is up to them to decide.

Not since Bible days has the world witnessed anything that can be compared to the ministry of Brother Branham. When he appeared on the national scene in 1946, it produced a spark that ignited a period of great healing revivals that swept across America and around the world.
danmason12 4 years ago
Your statement makes no sense, sorry, with out God's Word you are just wanding around in this filthy world
danmason12 4 years ago
If that statement makes no sense, then you have major learning problems... are you a special needs person?
what didn't you understand about the fact that i've met God ?? why can't you believe that God wants me to follow what was in my heart?? I'm not saying anything different than what jesus has already said, and you still refuse what i'm saying. you have the bible yet you don't understand it. you read and do not comprehend.you hear but don't listen. you look but do not see..
lITheEmissarylI 4 years ago
We can endlessly speculate about the past or go and dig it up and see what the evidence reveals. This is the only way to find out the truth concerning the origins of Allah.
danmason12 3 years ago
It is wrong because you are following your own path and not the path of God. If you can not find God in the Bible, you can not find God.
danmason12 4 years ago
How can you be so religious and have so little faith that God wants us to find him.
As for my path, I didn't find God, God found me...first I died...then jesus took me to see God...then God sends me back here...simple. No books, no man made crud.
As for the bible discussion, Although i don't see 100% correlation between the bible and scientific fact, that doesn't mean that it isn't what people need to find God....I didn't need it...If you do, thats fine.

The Bible says there is only one way to Heaven
Jesus said: "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me." (John 14:6)
danmason12 4 years ago
If YOU need the bible to have a relationship with God, then use it... as long as you get there i suppose it doesn't matter about the edits or redactions either. we both will have different paths and i can't call a path wrong simply because it doesn't match mine.

Good works cannot save you.
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9)
danmason12 4 years ago
Trust Jesus Christ today! Here's what you must do:
Admit you are a sinner. "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" (Romans 3:23)
danmason12 4 years ago
"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:" (Romans 5:12)
danmason12 4 years ago
"If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us." (1 John 1:10)
danmason12 4 years ago
It ain't rocket science or some grand debate over passages in a book... you either follow whats in your heart or you don't. if you do, you automatically will live by the commandments... if you don't, then you will break the commandments.I'm not telling you what to do, i'm telling you what i see.
lITheEmissarylI 4 years ago
Oh, I am sorry, I finally see it, you are a god unto yourself. Sorry it took me so long to recognize your greatness.
danmason12 4 years ago
first off...that ain't what i'm sayin....my experience with God you know nothing about. i am not inferring that i made up this stuff by observing first and then drawing the conclusion that it's what God wants. It was pointed out to me...and then i observed it....i am sharing the observation because it is something you can do to see for yourself....if you don't want to, fine, i can't make you.

In other words there are over six billion ways to God, we each have our own vision of God, God is within us???
danmason12 4 years ago
If you would bother to look at what i said, you would see that the same thing is written on everyones heart to start with. If i gathered up 100 kids, say, 4 years old (that have not been indoctrinated with religion) and put them in a room where they would see a real live beheading, they would ALL know this was wrong. No one tells them it's wrong. Where do you propose they got the knowledge from? Aliens from outer space?
lITheEmissarylI 4 years ago
Basic wisdom and knowledge will not get you to heaven-knowing that something is hot vs. cold is cool but not enough to teach you how to cook. You must have an understanding of the difference of religion vs. a relationship with God. In His book, the Bible God teaches us how to have a relationship in a religion, mankind teaches us to have religion without the relationship.
danmason12 4 years ago
knowing is not enough, i agree. you must practice it in order not to be judged on these things. this is what makes sin a double edged sword. you know it's wrong but you do it anyway. And i agree about religion without relationship=man made.
lITheEmissarylI 4 years ago
You must be willing to turn from sin (repent).
Jesus said: "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." (Luke 13:5)
danmason12 4 years ago
"And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:" (Acts 17:30)

Through prayer, invite Jesus into your life to become your personal Saviour. "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:10)
danmason12 4 years ago
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Romans 10:13)

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners. Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)

This has been flagged as spam show
You must believe that Jesus Christ died for you, was buried, and rose from the dead. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
danmason12 4 years ago

Who put it there. A Monkey does not have that???
danmason12 4 years ago
I can't speak for God, but i would assume that monkeys would have a different covenant, if they had anything at all..maybe they do have nothing.I don't know
I can only speak from what i know about myself and others around me.I know that God put it in my heart...i assume he put it in yours as well...

Allah was a pre- Islamic pagan deity, its core claim is refuted. Religious claims often fall before the results of hard sciences such as archeology.
danmason12 3 years ago
God isn't interested in words, he's interested in your heart. If he gives you a pile of words to resite, that doesn't change whats in your heart. a bad person will still be a bad person inside, even though he resited the words.... a good person will still be good, even if they can't remember the words.God wants you to follow the commandments as he has written them on your heart.
lITheEmissarylI 4 years ago

Mankinds knowledge does not impress me, later and God Bless!
danmason12 4 years ago
WHABAM! Thats my point exactly. the bible is just a man made book. it has good intentions, but it's still just a book with all the failings of a book...now true revelation from God on the other hand is what you should base your faith on...that is what i do, and that is why my view of the bible is , well, wishy washy..
