The foam does nothing to enhance the cleaning process...it's strictly for show.

@skypupx haha, nah it's great. When i'm in florida im in Lowes all the time buying the cleaning cloths and stuff that we cant get here in the UK. Have you heard of Bilberry the wheel cleaner?
