Obviously you people who have commented have no idea what you are talking about. Pick up a copy of the Texas Penal Code at your local book store and read it. Although I will agree the officer was out of line! The subject in the yellow shirt did in fact violate the law. The Texas Penal Code state that your are Obligated to obey a lawful command issued by a peace officer. A lawful command is any command that is not unlawful. The cop could have legally arrested him! The kid was in the wrong!

@mcrcomics Maybe you could quote the lawful order given by the officer. I didnt hear any. We also, as citizens have the right to refuse unlawful orders. The kids jackasses? Yes. The officer a jackass? Yes.  The officer was out of line and had absolutely no right to do what he did. He let his anger get in the way of doing his job correctly, and should be disciplined.
