Get your drumset some newer equipment, and your playing was crappy (just kidding! that was pretty fricken awesome, get into a band or something). But serously, get some newer stuff for your drums cause the tone and stuff on it isn't that good. Five stars though, cause even though you need new equipment, the playing was awesome and drum equipment isn't cheap, so I'm simpathetic. ;)

Great cover, i am currently trying to learn that song too. I noticed that others say that you should play onm your dominant side, what i reccomend is the dw remote hi-hat, they are very responsive and make drumming easier.

I'm basically trying to do what you do, (videtaping yourself playing to song on drums) The problem Im having though is I have no idea how to sync the song with the video. ITs like a hair off and of course that builds and by the end of the song im like 20 measures ahead or behind the track. With my guitar players we just had a drumtrack going through the P.A, but because the drums are so loud i cant do that. How did you sync your video to the song?

hey man, it depends of your video camera, if it doesnt record at 30 fps maybe wont fit exactly, but if you play with headphones following the original track you shouldnt have problems pasting it over, hope this helps. cheers man.

ah, i remember when i too had a SHITTY ASS set. lol. pretty good job dude. you missed some technical parts, but it was pretty solid. ive never seen anyone go across with their left hand to play on the ride cymbal. lol. interesting...im not tryin to be an asshole or anything, but as a fellow drummer, my advice is to learn to play both high hat and ride without crossing your arms because it makes it a lot easier to do quick fills and stuff. pretty good.
