tip: i do this a lot so from past experiences to not get the bobby pin glued together you could insert like a piece of sponge or a thick paper in between and its easier to glue the ribbon,accesorie on also its cleaner. :)

a star paper is this special pre-cut paper you use to make origami paper stars. It's easier to just buy a pack than cutting strips of paper yourself *U*

if you guys dont have glue gun .. use crazy glue ... it stick well... just put tiny ... not just bobby pins you could use any hair clip.... that you could buy in walmart...

crazy glue but be careful not to get in your skin it will stick and its hard to get it out ... if so soak it in Acetone... nail polish remover....
