Quick question if i may: in warrior 2, what's the proper alignment for people like me who are not flexible enough to fully square their hips and whose front knee collapses in? Is the priority more on the front leg being well aligned (therefore letting the back hip coming forward slightly), or is the priority on trying to square the hips (and therefore letting some mild collapsing of the front knee)? Many thanks

  • This is so great Sadie! These postures & stretches will help with my martial arts in stances(kamae) and range of movements(tai sabaki) when moving through stances during the kata & waza. I will share this with my facebook friends, many of them can benefit too from this video.
