the most warring, destructive and self-interested

animal on earth since he morphed out of protoplasmic

oooouze. That's why we have laws. Without the law

there would be no boundaries to the history of the most

aggressive creature on the planet. Nothing has changed, only the techniques have improved. There's only one way out -- change man's nature through biology or drugs. Religion has not

succeeded.
