I've got to say, Tom always seems most real in his interviews, as opposed to Dan, Rupert, or Emma, only because he sits there and he's rather fidgety like he needs the loo or something, whereas the "goldentrio" in their interviews pull them off like pros. And Tom seems to always throw out there that he'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to come on for more work with the HP films in the future years as though he runs the risk of being cut from the cast, whereas Rupert, Dan, and Emma are guaranteed their spots.
